The location was beautiful. I had such a fabulous time. I have not one complaint and the staff was fantastic. I will be looking to book with a RIU hotel again.
The view is magnificent.
Our room was so comfy and a great size.
The food was delicious with the buffet and the restaurants. The restaurants were top notch.

The room that we were given, was on the first floor very small opportunity to see the ocean, but you could see two abandoned properties that was partially under construction not a great view. We were told that this facility would take care of any food, allergies that definitely was not the case my wife was cross contaminated three different meals, they tell you they understand allergies they clearly do not. if you have food, allergies like we deal with this is not the place for you.!

We were overlooking two abandoned properties that had started construction and stopped. Could barely see the ocean on the first floor not what we was expecting. They advertise if you have food allergies to list those we did. My wife was cross contaminated three different times ruining our meal experience not happy.!

Great little place to getaway for a few days. Dining options were perfect, and they even offered some evening entertainment in their theater area. The pools were not overcrowded with some wonderful bartenders (especially Mini Me). My only issue is the location of restrooms while at the pool area; have to walk to the spa area and go down stairs to access the restrooms - not located near the pool. Overall, enjoyable experience.

We had an amazing time at this location—the experience was unforgettable. However, the $500 credit per room promotion was misleading. It’s not an actual credit you can freely use, which was disappointing.

The place was very nice, clean, with great food and drinks and very friendly staff. The only issue I had was the Internet service was very poor, way too slow. Other than that everything was great.

I liked this place a lot. Clean beach area and plenty of room, never felt packed. Lots of food options right by the pools which were also well taken care of and plenty of room and chairs. Buffet could use some better/more options. Restaurants on the other hand had some really amazing food. Wifi was pretty slower than snails but still always worked.

Great property!! Restaurants were all centrally located in the property and never a wait. Very clean and service was excellent!! Great bars and the evening drink cart with daily drink specials is awesome. Loved the daily coffee at the cappuccino bar (side note best desserts in the evening). Pool is clean and plenty of seating no matter what time of day. Beach is beautiful and water is very swimmable. Make sure to hit up the massage on the beach you wont regret it! Only downside to the property was the gym….very small with limited options. Best trip we’ve had at an adults only resort and already planning our next visit!!
