Huge room. Great location. Charming Mexican style from the 70’s. View is spectacular. The restaurant was excellent for dinner….had Caesar salad prepared at our table and dinners flamed right in front of us. Kind of retro stylish charm. Definitely dated, but in a good way. Not for you if you want modern, sleek, everything up to date accommodation. But good to feel like you are living in a bit of Mexican history.

Beautiful people run this place. Unbelievable view. Best in PV. Older building with iffy wifi and nothing fancy....and the view is EVERYTHING!!!!! Excellent restaurant up top of the building. A bit noisy at night because of its colse proximity to the malacon action. Fireworks every night from the pirate ship. I would stay here every time I come to PV.
Pro: Great staff, Great view, charming rooms, nice pool
Con: Wi-Fi spotty, some outside noises on some nights,

Found that the hotel was tired looking, light bulbs missing, not enough glasses etc for 4 people in the apartment. Kitchen poorly appointed and if customers are required to wash the dishes, perhaps dish soap!!
be neccessary

Very courteous staff. The room had an amazing view.
The staff were very courteous. The building needs a lot of upgrading and repair as many things were not working. Seems like the elevator was out of service every second day. Most fridges don't work properly. Ceiling fans also not working. Sitting area consisted of a couch with a board nailed across where a spring broke causing a large hard lump in the middle of the sitting area. Very uncomfortable. The views from the hotel are exceptional and things would be a great place to stay if the property owners would spend some money on upgrades instead of band aid solutions. When are fridge did not cool at off, we were given a replacement fridge. Apparently our neighbours on our floors had already complained of their fridge and our replacement fridge ended up being their fridge that they asked to be replaced (bandaid solutions). We were given two hard chairs to sit on in lieu of replacing our couch. Very uncomfortable. I cannot complain about the staff as they did the best they could with what they had to work with. WIFI was almost non existent and never got any help with that issue.
The room was not in good shape. As soon as we got there, we noticed that the TV was broken. We went downstairs and told the front desk they assured us that a new TV would be brought in the next day. They never replaced the TV. Some of the lights were burnt out the kitchen sink wouldn’t drain my husband had to fix that.We stayed at this hotel three years ago and it was in much better shape than it is now. I found it frustrating and not a welcoming place this time around

Room was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. However, it took hours to settle into the right condo. The first condo we got had a lot of items that were unusable, like fans, and microwave, etc. We moved to another condo and the stove had to be turned on with matches. We were told we were supposed to bring our own. How would we have known that. The manager though was very kind and gave us her matches. Also the pool water was ice cold. The hotel should advertise non-heated swimming pool and the fact that people who have disabilities would have to go up and down to the Malecon in a Taxi. One of the persons staying at the condo was impaired from the knee.

Very clean room. Staff was very knowledgeable about the area and very nice. There is no AC but I had a studio suite with kitchen that had 9 feet of floor to ceiling all glass French doors that overlooked the beach and ocean. I could watch the fireworks every night.

Incredibly steep stairs and a long way down to flat land. Absolutely nothing close by without having to go down the stairs. In the heat and humidity ( no air conditioning) it took quite an effort to go anywhere.
