DREAM CONDO: SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEWS & ONLY STEPS FROM THE BEACH

This studio is a paradise where its breathtaking views of Banderas Bay and its sound of ocean waves breaking on the shore makes it all come alive for you. The sunsets seen either from the balcony of THE DREAM CONDO or the rooftop are almost make-believe. This studio is spacious and well laid out. THE DREAM CONDO offers you everything that you need. It is filled with high-end finishes such as custom-made parota furniture and indirect lighting.

There is an exceptionally large balcony with a complete set of rattan furniture and with a privacy screen that makes it perfect for dining and entertaining. The sliding glass doors which run the full length of the balcony are equipped with blackout roller blinds.

The king size bed has 600-thread count Egyptian cotton sheets for extra comfort. There are also beach towels.

There is a smart 3D Fire TV that is connected to high-speed Internet for video streaming of many channels including most US and Canadian networks via apps. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+, an all-region Blue Ray DVD, Wii, and Echo as well as Sonos wireless voice/sound systems are also available which can be controlled by a smart phone, pad or laptop. All the above are housed in a dresser that also serves as a room divider. It also contains a leaf that pulls out which can be used either as a dining area or a work space.

The beautiful kitchen has a granite counter-top, a double stainless sink, and all the small appliances are Cuisinart. There is even a panni machine and a popcorn maker.

Both the toilet and shower are in separate glass enclosures and the bathroom entrance has a folding door for privacy. The shower has a marble bench and a grab bar. Its sink has a marble surround and a cabinet below it. All fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom are Moen.

There is a combination safe that can accommodate up to a 12” laptop and other valuables as well as a peep hole in the entrance door. It is also equipped with a hard-wired smoke/fire alarm, carbon monoxide/natural gas detector and a fire extinguisher. There is also bottled water for guests to drink and to cook with.

The condominium has a fitness center, infinity pool, Jacuzzi, a professional stainless-steel BBQ; and Wi-Fi on the roof garden terrace that has incomparable views of the surroundings.

THE DREAM CONDO is very safe and is equipped with an entry intercom as well as security cameras at both the Amapas and Highway 200 entrances. Each side of the studio balcony that abuts another one is protected by a security barrier. Moreover, the building superintendent is on site most of the time.

Accessibility to the property is excellent. There are no curbs, steps, or stairs to get to the rear entrance. The entryway to the elevator and to the studio is flat. Both entrances to the condo and the entrance to the studio are well-lit. All entrances are at least 32 inches wide.
