Villa Vallardin is an architectural, modern-colonial residence for those seeking an authentic Vallarta experience that celebrates the local Mexican and Puerto Vallarta culture, fine arts, and natural beauty. The Villas interiors feature life-size Mural walls painted by renowned Mexican artist Alejandro Trejo, Spanish style archways, marble floors, antique style gilded chandeliers, and local craftsmanship custom made furniture. The fabulous outdoor areas include 2 beautiful pools, tropical garden landscaping, outdoor pavilions & covered verandas, multiple dining and lounge areas and scenic mountain and tropical views.

A daily breakfast is included and is accompanied with gourmet coffee, fresh squeezed juices, and local fruit, except on Sundays and Holidays. The staff can prepare extra meals at small fee plus the cost of food and beverages. Daily housecleaning is included.

All 5 bedrooms are appointed with King size beds and luxury linens. The full marble bathrooms have glass enclosed showers and custom vanities. There are 1 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The fully updated residence includes air conditioning, modern kitchen, 2 living rooms, dining room, several outdoor dining & living areas, and washer/dryer.

Villa Vallardin is located in the exclusive Las Gaviotas “Flats” of Puerto Vallarta on a beautiful park-like avenue. You will enjoy taking leisure strolls throughout the neighborhood of beautiful villas and gated mansions and its nearby convenient shopping at Costco, La Comer, La Isla Fashion Center, Plaza Caracol and the gourmet restaurant district of Versalles. We are about a 15-20 minute walk from the popular Playa Las Glorias, one of Vallarta’s best beaches. We are only 15 min (Taxi/Uber) from the popular Romantic Zone, which is also walkable from the villa (about 45 minutes), for serious walkers, it’s a flat easy stroll and you can enjoy The Malecon along the way.

QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD POLICY
Please note that the Main pool downstairs closes at 8:00 pm to maintain our neighborhood quiet zone. The upstairs terrace, lounge area, jetted pool and guest kitchen is open after hours for your enjoyment.

GUEST COUNT & MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Every guest, regardless of age (including babies and infants) are counted as a full guest, and are included in our maximum 14 guest occupancy. Rates shown are for a maximum of 8 guests, any additional guests over 8 are $25 per per person / per day. We charge this extra fee due to the cost of the breakfast and additional daily service required.

PARKING:
We can accommodate a small car in our garage but this must be pre-arranged before your arrival. There is also public street parking available around the corner from our villa.

IMPORTANT HOUSE & SAFETY RULES
No Parties, Events, or Loud Music is Allowed. No Un-Registered Guests are allowed. Any approved registered guests may not stay at the property after 9.00 PM. We will send you our House Guest Book and Rental Agreement for your review and approval after booking.

We include a full daily breakfast at no additional charge except for Sunday's and holidays. The staff is also available to prepare additional lunches or dinner by request. We charge a one-time per meal fee (not per person) of $1000 MXN ($50), plus the cost of groceries, plus tip. A Sunday breakfast can also be requested at an additional cost.

Our live-in staff have their own staff quarters that is totally separate from the guests villa living spaces. We have several outdoor security cameras throughout the property including the upstairs terrace area with the jetted pool.

Villas that provide staff, It is customary to leave an extra tip to the staff at the end of your stay. The amount will depend on the service and your satisfaction, but we recommend in the range of $10 - $12 per person, per day, to be paid in MXN Pesos at the end of your stay directly to the staff.
