This luxury condo is situated in the Romantic Zone just two blocks from the Old Town Farmers Market and within walking distance to the best shops in the heart of the Old Town section of Puerto Vallarta . The Zona Romantica's best restaurants are within a 10 minute radius (walking) and the condo is also only two blocks from the Malecon Boardwalk and the beach. IT'S CENTRAL , IT's QUIET , and IT's STUNNING !!!!!!!!!

Upon entering you’ll experience 2600 square feet of luxury with warm colors, beautiful art and design pieces that reflects the attraction of modern Latin American culture. The unit which is located on the fifth floor is fully-furnished with an excellent equipped kitchen and has all appliances including dishwasher , microwave, gas stove top , oven, coffeemakers ,large refrigerator and granite countertops.The laundry facilities inside the apartment include a washer and dryer.

It can accommodate four adults comfortably. There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom whilst the second bedroom has another king size bed perfect for a second couple. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space and shelving units in the closets as well. High quality bedding was selected for ultimate comfort .The second bathroom also has high quality finishings and shower head and a hairdryer for the ladies !

The dining room and living room area is a very spacious open concept. There are two extremely comfortable sofas which provide ample space for entertaining guests or just relaxing to watch the tv.The living space comes with a flat panel tv , firestick with access to many world channels and high speed wifi internet connexion. There is also a radio stereo unit for listening to music and an Apple modem .

The living and dining area extends to a huge wrap-around balcony with city and mountain views on all sides. Ceramic murals portraying the cultural heritage of Puerto Vallarta provide the perfect backdrop to this delightful setting.The outdoor terrace has a gas barbecue and marble cooking bench, an outdoor dining table with seating for 10 people, and an additional table near the barbecue for 4 with seating . A small tropical garden tops everything off.

We do have fans in every room, or you may prefer our state of the art modern and quiet airconditioner system. There are separate controls in every room so each guest can have their own comfort. We do ask that the doors are kept closed when using the air-conditioning. Most guests prefer the indoor/outdoor feel of the apartment and rarely use the airconditioning apart for sleeping in warm summer months.

The condo has a small gym with cardio equipment and free weights , and a heated swimming pool , on the ground floor. The unit also comes with 24 hour security and a parking spot in a secure underground parking garage beneath the building.

Four beach chairs and two beach umbrellas plus ice coolers are provided for your days at the beach, as are four beach mats and beach towels.

We stayed at Russel’s apartment in Puerto Vallarta. I have to say his listing photos dont do it justice
 it’s so much nicer in person. Great layout, fantastic deck and amazing art. The building is well secured and has a 24/7 concierge. All off them super nice.Ken was right there for check in and check out and explained all in great detail. It’s a short walk to all the great restaurants, beach and boulevard. I can highly recommend Russel’s place.

Great condo in a great location

We have been going to PV every Thanksgiving for years and this is by far the best condo we’ve rented in terms of location in Zona Romantica and the condo itself. The place is beautifully decorated, including all the art pieces. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were so soft! The pictures don’t give you a sense of how huge the wrap around balcony is, either. Honestly, if we were buying a place in PV, we’d be looking for something just like this. The property manager was also super helpful from pre-checking to departure. We will definitely look for this place again when we go to PV next time.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful luxury condo in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. The check-in was seamless, and the manager was very welcoming. The highlight was the huge wrap-around terrace, where we spent most of our time enjoying the views and relaxing. The condo's design and decor were stunning, with a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas. Both bedrooms were cozy and stylish, with high-quality bedding that made for a restful sleep. The location was perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, the Malecon Boardwalk, and the beach, yet still peaceful and quiet. Overall, this condo offered everything we could have hoped for and more. We highly recommend it and can't wait to come back!

Great Place!

This luxurious two-bedroom condo is right in the heart of Puerto Vallarta a couple of short blocks from the beach. Everything is quite clean and organized and the owner and manager are excellent. There is a huge private deck as well.

Incredible 2 bedroom condo - close to everything

We booked this unit for our two adult sons and their partners to stay in while on vacation for a week. This large 2 bedroom condo is within walking distance to everything - restaurants, markets, entertainment, the Malecon, and the beach. The kitchen is spacious and very well supplied with dishes, pots, cutlery, spices, etc., with lots of space to prep and cook meals. The bedrooms are both well sized and comfortable with plenty of storage space. The unit's large wrap-around balcony is fantastic, and we enjoyed several meals together there at the large table that can easily seat 10 people. The 4 cushioned lounge chairs were also put to good use. The pool area is very nice and never seemed to be too busy. The pool has sun shine in the morning and becomes shaded in the afternoon. We thought the water temperature was perfect! Communications with the property manager, Ken, were easy. The check-in and out process went smoothly and as arranged. The front desk / security staff in this building are very friendly and helpful. They also remember new building guests very quickly. Thanks to Russell, the host of this awesome condo, who responded to my booking and all my messages very quickly. I look forward to renting this fantastic unit again sometime in the future!

We'll be back

Russell's apartment is perfect in so many ways. First, the location is excellent with everything you need within a couple blocks. This became even more clear to us after we left to move to a 3 bedroom condo, as our college aged kids joined us for their spring break, and every evening we ended up ubering back to this area for it's restaurants and nightlife. The apartment is perfect and loaded with artwork which we really appreciated as we lived in Mexico for 2 years many years ago. The apartment has everything you need to cook from all necessary appliances, pots and pans and many spices and staples. There is also everything you need for the beach from towels to Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas. The outdoor wrap around patio is incredibly large with a table for 10, another table for 4 along with 4 chaise lounges and an outdoor grille and sink. The security guys at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. I really appreciated them letting me practice my bad Spanglish on them. Overall, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back. As I mentioned earlier after our 10 day stay here we moved to a condo in a 5 star resort. If that place was a 5 star then Russell's is a 8 or 9 star.

Lovely property and owner & manager great to deal with. Can definitely recommend to stay in, but not good if you have children. Reason: A lot of art work & statuary within... We were always worried about bumping into something or that the wind would knock something over. Although this may have a fluke occurrence...The maid /cleaning service was quite lacking. We went behind her redoing (cleaning) what she supposedly had done. We even changed our own sheets as she forgot.

Perfect location

We thought the location was perfect. Close to the Malecon, close to restaurants, close to everything. The condo security staff was great letting us in. The condo had more than what was listed the balcony was huge. We could see sunsets, sunrises, and nightlife. The place was wonderful.

Great location & property

This property is exactly as advertised: conveniently located, safe, friendly staff and property manager, responsive owner, large balcony, very well-stocked. Despite being centrally located, we didn’t hear much noise - only a bit of traffic noise early in the AM. Highly recommend Los Mercados (down the street) for tasty treats. 2 blocks away is the boardwalk with a plethora of restaurants. 4 blocks to Basilio Badillo - a Main Street. There are about 8 steps to access the condo building, but there is a steep ramp (if you use a wheelchair, you’ll need an assistant). The building is kept immaculately. Personally, I found the condo decor charming and you need to be very careful with all the art and objects that adorn every nook and cranny. The Apple TV was perfect (except when it rained). I never really figured out how to get regular local TV - I do wish there had been a tv in each bedroom, but that forced us to have more communal time. You do need to sweep regularly because if crumbs fall on the floor, you will find tiny little ants crawling all over the floor. Fortunately, Gabriela (the property manager) got us a great house cleaning lady with reasonable prices. Communication with both Gabriela and the owner, Russell, was efficient and friendly. I think the only con is that since we visited in July, we did experience a heat wave, power outages and air conditioning issues, but the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Although we used the air con sparingly, our deposit took a $200 hit bc we apparently went over our allowed kilowatt use. The last thing one wants to think about during vacation is utility costs. :-( We are still working out this item with the owner and hope to find a solution amenable to both parties. Despite that nuisance, I would not hesitate to recommend this condo. It made for a very comfortable home during our 3 week stay.

Great location to enjoy the real Puerto Vallarta

Had a nice stay at Russ' condo in the heart of PV. The location makes it easy to enjoy both the Romantic zone and Old Town. Just a couple of blocks from the beach, you can walk everywhere. The condo itself is loaded with everything you need. You could cook to your hearts content with the amount of kitchenware. Great food options near by and bars and shops right out the front door. The spa next door is amazing. The condo is very roomy and the deck is huge! As it sits on a busy street, you will hear some bus noise but it was not too bad that it impacted sleep.

Spacious, clean, well equipped in the perfect location

We were two couples looking for a spacious condo for 10 days. We feel very lucky to have found the perfect place for our needs. Russ was very helpful with organizing our stay. Even though he doesn’t live in Mexico this was not an issue dealing with our needs. He was very attentive and his manager Gabriela was available for any questions on site. The condo is very spacious and equipped with everything you need from beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach cooler, lots of bath towels and the kitchen had everything imaginable. The bedrooms had tones of closet space and both with King size beds and air conditioning. This was perfect for two couples wanting comfort for 10 days. We loved the open concept style and enjoyed many meals and bbq’s on the huge patio. We spent every morning and evening entertaining ourselves on the patio which had 4 comfortable loungers, a huge table for 10 and another small table for 4 people. More than enough space. The view of the mountains and Old Town Vallarta was stunning and gave us a great cultural MĂ©xico experience. The pool was perfect and very quiet. We spent our mornings and evenings cooling off and lounging with a book in the peaceful environment. We were walking distance from so many shops, restaurants, cafes, etc... There is a deli across the street called Mikes near the people selling coconuts. They prepare amazing homemade sandwiches and salads. There’s also a coffee shop in the same courtyard that has amazing pasteries. The market along the river is 5min walking distance if you are gift shopping. The beach is a block away and the Pier is so close to walk to along the Malecon boardwalk. The building was very safe and secure with excellent service from the consierge. Two of us stayed at this unit for 10 days in April. Location was perfect. Owner was very easy to work with as was the management on site. The kitchen had everything you would ever want or need during your stay. There is more than ample storage space available in both bed rooms. There is construction all over this end of town and it is unavoidable no matter where you stay. A new bldg. one block east, is now into interior finish. The new restaurant going in adj. to pool wall is being painted and about ready for furniture. Bigger projects are several blocks away are not an issue for this unit. You are right on the river so with a quick walk you can have piece and quite from city noise and traffic. Its only 2 short blocks to the beach or to the pier if you want a water taxi. The best restaurant's in all of PV are within a very short walk so a car is not necessary. Another good trip to PV., thanks Russell
