Stunning OCEAN-FRONT 2400 SF condo w/ amazing ocean views and beach access

Located in Sayan Beach condo building with Ideal location with views of old town, Playa Los Muertos, Los Arcos and the jungle.

Secure building with front gate and staff includes two large pools and hot tub on beach side, as well as fire pit, BBQ area and direct beach access. Rooftop deck includes infinity pool and additional large hot tub, and extensive seating and lounge areas as well as bar and menu with breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
Don't miss our new Pickleball Court above our parking area! Its amazing and fun!
Building also includes large steam room, massage room, and restaurant on main level - only for owners and guests in the building. Majority of the building is owner occupied and not open for rentals.

Towels and Linens are provided. The washer dryer combo is full sized with soap immediately to left. Internet and Cable TV are provided. The Cable TV network has a large variety of English language channels. Safes are provided in each of the bedrooms. Small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and blender) are provided. There are a full range of plates and glasses (service of 10), cooking equipment and spices. A gas BBQ grill is on the balcony (please follow directions closely).

Getting Around

Transportation through PVRPV Concierge can be arranged to pick up guests from the airport and drop them upon departure. Parking spot is also available for those who choose to rent a car. Walk to the beach and to town in as little as 5-10 minutes. Cabs are easily accessible and are extremely inexpensive.

Bar and Restaurant charges

Guests will have access to the condo as well as all common areas - restaurants, bars, gym, pool areas etc. Upon arrival, our PVRPV concierge will meet you at the unit. You will need to register with the Sayan Beach Security, at the start of your stay and provide names for all guests - confirming the information from your booking. Upon check out, our PVRPV concierge will present the final charges for your stay. You will be able to pay them by credit card with the admin in the Sayan Beach office. As well, they can accept cash payment in pesos and USD.
The restaurant and bars are cash free so guests will be required to reimburse the host for all meals on site. However, tips should be paid in pesos to the server as you charge on your tab. You are responsible for paying all food and drinks that are charged by you and your guests to his HOA account. Please remember to check with security to approve your charges before you leave. PVRPV will also be available to help you settle your charges upon checkout.

Beautifully furnished condo with phenomenal views!

Our group of 3 couples enjoyed our stay. The complex had lovely staff, good food and the rooftop infinity pool was a great place to hang out. We didn't discover the pickleball court until our last day, but that was also a perk! It's location had an easy beach walk to town with a small climb over a rocky promontory - easy to do in flip flops or tennis shoes:)

We really enjoyed our stay as there was plenty of room for three couples to have their own separate spaces, as well as a beautiful kitchen and balcony. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, oceanside pool, nearby beaches and the short (20 minute) walk or taxi ride to Puerto Vallarta to visit the many restaurants. We enjoyed the bars and restaurants at the condo building, too! There was a great staff at the condo building and all spaces were kept exceptionally clean.

Beautiful

Beautiful property with incredible views overlooking the ocean. We even saw whales from the patio. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. The building itself felt very safe and peaceful, and the rooftop pool was amazing. We easily walked to Conchas Chinas beach and all the amenities in the Romantic Zone. Check in process was easy and staff was very kind and helpful.

Everything here was excellent. The condo was perfect for 3 couples. Had everything you think you might need. The view of the bay from the roof top pool/bar is second to none. The staff is great. Family getaway

We had a great stay at Sayan Beach renting 3 units and Michael's property for my mom,dad sister and niece. The property is perfectly laid out for families with bathrooms with each bedroom. The property has everything you need with the comforts of home. Our favorite part is the views. Everything from checkin, concierge services, work out facilities, on site restaurant, roof top pool exceeded our expectations. The staff at Sayan are incredible. Thanks for making PV such a memorable experience for my family.

Perfect PV Condo

I’d been to PV before but this place is by far my favorite. I visited here with five of my girlfriends and we felt completely safe. We will definitely return based on several factors. 1. This property included a concierge, Gustavo, who was beyond attentive. I booked a private chef (Chef Benjamin) and a boat with a vendor. Gustavo and his excellent service made the trip enjoyable. 2. The location was prime and with phenomenal views of the ocean. I could hear waves all day long. 3. The condo itself was pristine and spaciousness to accommodate 6 women. 4. ROOFTOP POOL. Once you get there you’ll be glad you booked there.

5 Star Experience in Residential Setting

The property and experience was exceptional in every way. First I have to commend the unit owners - due to issues related to challenges traveling during the Covid-era, we had to reschedule multiple times and they were extremely accommodating. All necessary information was provided to us in an organized manner prior to our trip, and the owners use a local travel/concierge service to facilitate the check-in process. While we did not use them to help us plan restaurants or activities, their services include that. The building is ideally located just far enough from the central area to be removed from the freneticism, but a very close walk along the beach to access it all. The building staff were consistently professional and gracious. We used both pool areas multiple times during our stay. Both are spotless, beautiful settings, and quiet. The unit itself is impeccable, well-appointed and offers beautiful views with the sound of the ocean putting you to sleep at night. Very large terrace. The living/dining areas and master suite all have spectacular views,, automated shades and SONOS available. Dual sinks in master with large walk-in shower. The only consideration depending on who you are traveling with is neither of the two secondary bedrooms offer any sort of view. It wasn't important to us but if you are traveling with friends and it's going to cause an argument, the master is substantially larger and better than either of the other 2 bedrooms. Convenient washer/dryer. We didn't cook while there but well-appointed kitchen

Exceptional!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for 5 nights with my elderly mother and our 21 year old son. It was perfect for all of us! With two pools, a small quiet beach, a restaurant and bar we really didn’t feel the need to go anywhere. But we were close enough to the romantic zone to stroll down the cobblestone streets and enjoy the shopping, nightlife and a variety of restaurants. The condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked. We spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the view but when we did head in we found the furniture and beds extremely comfortable with AC in all rooms. There are also Smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom for streaming Netflix. There are also boardgames and books for those quiet times. Aside from some issues with the hot water when we first arrived (which was rectified within 24 hrs) and some construction noise from the property next door (no fault of the Sayan) our stay could not have been any better. We will definitely be back!

Love this property and everyone that works there!!!

We came to PV in October and stayed at the Sayan Condo's and could not wait to come back... we brought our Best Friends with us this trip and they also loved the Property. (the views are out of this world, from the condos themselves to the Roof top pool) Fireworks overnight...... Everyone that works there is so helpful and treats you so very kind... the food is great and the massages are over the top awesome for only $25 US for a full hour!!! Michael the property manager gave excellent service!!! One of our new favorite spots!! We cannot wait to come back!!!!!!

Beautiful Property, Distracting Issues

I want to start my review with the positive attributes of Casa Marriott. The Sayan Beach property is absolutely stunning. The building is modern and upscale, and the property staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. The view from the pool and upstairs bar area is literally breathtaking. The food and massages were decent, and the location was pretty good. It's about a ten-minute walk into town. Casa Marriott is decorated beautifully. Three bathrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. The view from the balcony is fabulous. There is great water pressure in the showers, and the housekeeper (Liz) is an absolute gem. Liz provided the most helpful information to us, as the property manager was late to our check in and nonexistent for the majority of our trip. We had several issues with our stay. First, the beds in the main bedroom and bedroom 3 were incredibly soft and creaky. At 4:50 a.m., the bed in bedroom 3 completely broke while we were sleeping. Thank goodness my husband and I took that room, as my 70 year old parents could have been injured with the jarring movement and nails sticking out of the frame. The owner apologized for the issue, and sent someone to fix the bed that day. No one ever communicated to us when the bed would be fixed, and they entered the condo without our knowledge while we were out. We assumed the bed was fixed, but were surprised when three people arrived unannounced the next day to deliver a brand new bed while we were all getting ready. We felt like we had no privacy in the room - people kept coming in and out without any prior notice to us. We understand that issues needed to be fixed, but prior notice would have been appreciated. Additionally, there were ants on the counter of the kitchen and dining room table. Someone came in to spray (again, unannounced), but this did not do the trick and the smell of the spray was incredibly strong. Finally, on the fourth day, someone put down ant trays (again, unannounced) and that worked. I don't know why this took so long to be fixed. Also, the fans in the bathrooms are incredibly loud, and the bathroom lighting is quite poor. Despite my emails to the property manager and owner, we felt like there was little care or concern about the issues we were facing. This was my mother's 70th birthday trip, and the constant issues and interruptions negatively affected our stay.

Beautiful, Calm and Amazing customer service

John’s place was great. We stayed for 4 nights in October and everyday was perfect weather. You can see the fireworks at the hotels from the balcony each night. The property was very clean and the property staff was very friendly. Martin Rosales was our point of contact and anything we called him with he delivered. We had chef Wendy come in and cook for us and the food was amazing. She taught us how to make churros. Awesome time! We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous place!!!

Sayan beach was amazing. Beautiful view and goegeous place. Easy acces to town to grab a bite to eat and buy groceries at Ley store. Will definitely recommend this place. Kids love the rooftop pool as well as the easy beach access. Thank you for an unforgettable time in PV.
