Stunning Oceanfront Luxury Condo

The beautiful new Grand Venetian is a gated secure complex with endless infinity pools surrounding and revealing a stunning view of the ocean and the mountains that surround the Bay of Banderas and the city of Puerto Vallarta. Hot tubs attach to all the pools. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The waiters will serve you refreshing topical drinks and local fare from the snack bar as you lounge in the sun by the pool.

A short taxi cab ride will send you to a multitude of fine restaurants and activities that are part of the Puerto Vallarta experience.

The condo has a stunning view of the ocean and the down town by night and by day. Winter brings humpback whales to the Bay of Banderas and dolphins can be seen swimming in the ocean.

The condo has three large bedrooms with two king beds and a third bedroom with two double beds. A fourth bedroom is available with a bathroom and a single bed. There is a safe available in the master bedroom. The grand room's windows open to large and inviting patio with plenty of seating with four loungers and a table with 4 chairs.

Wireless internet is available through Telmex. Phone is available for local calls.

Fantastic stay

My husband and our daughters/sons in law stayed for a week at Jerry’s lovely accommodation. The location of the Grand Venetian property, and Jerry’s unit within it, is excellent. It’s an easy Uber ride away from all the food options in the old town & Costco for stocking up, and a quick walk to La Isla shopping next door. We had an amazing view in the unit but weren’t so far up in the tower that the elevator was ever a problem. The condo is very comfortable, fully equipped in every way, so spacious, and everyone had a very positive experience. The terrace is awesome with nice furniture, and we spent a lot of time out there as well as at the beautiful pools. The local manager, Joshua, was extremely good to us and immediately available. Our communication with Jerry was great too, as he’s quick to respond and easy to work with. We’d love to come back and visit again. Thanks Jerry!

Wonderful!

The Grand Venetian is a wonderful place to stay. Amazing view of Banderas Bay. Beautiful pools. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Many great restaurants with easy taxi rides to and from.
