Great place
I’ll start with the only con of this place: it’s a below ground apartment so it can get humid inside and there are no windows other than the one by the door which gets some light and air from the inner courtyard. The window and A/C help dehumidify the air. Pros: great little place that has everything you need. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, very good A/C, great wifi, good shower/water, great rooftop area to lounge in and take a dip. The building is modern and well remodeled. Host management company seems very communicative and responsive. It is up a little hill but it’s really not that bad at all of a walk, I actually really enjoyed it. Close to malecon, restaurants and grocery stores

This property was exactly as advertised. Check-in was a breeze. Location awesome. The pictures don’t do it justice. Alls you need is a toothbrush. By far and away one of the best experiences I’ve had. Would definitely stay again.

Not too bad....
I rented this place the day before my stay so I wasn't too picky about it. The studio was small but had everything you need. There are too many pieces of furniture in there, it was slightly crowded. The outside noise echoes since the unit it's close the lowest floor. You can hear all your neighbors coming in and out, there was lots of construction happening around the condo. Location wise, it was not TOO bad. Walking up the hill was what I dread the most. You can pretty much Uber/Taxi everywhere also for pretty cheap. The property management who met me to let me know was very nice. The property itself was very clean and well kept.
