In the commune of Puget-Ville, we offer you this charming 39 m² air-conditioned apartment with shared pool, which can accommodate up to 3 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room and a 150 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Exterior:
- A swimming pool shared with the owners (unheated) 4.5×10 m, accessible from 9 am to 7 pm and open from May 15 to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual and depending on outside temperature).
- A south-facing terrace of approx. 10 m², with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A private, enclosed garden of approx. 150 m².

The apartment is ideally located in Puget-Ville, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available on the road leading to the house (2 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Puget-Ville 1.5km (about 15 min walk)
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères 27km (approx. 35 min by car)

- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
