The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area and a TV to watch all your favourite shows. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The dining area is ideal to relish your meals in style.

Feel free to step outside and relax by the large swimming pool on warm days.

The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements. There is also a washer and dryer available for your laundry needs.

The six spacious bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The 5.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

There is the possibility of parking 2 to 3 cars in front of the garage gate.

The villa is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Escape to El Puig De Santa Maria, Espana and explore its vast attractions! There is something for everyone, from the stunning Platja Puçol to the awe-inspiring Ruïnes del Castell del Puig. Enjoy the tranquillity of Platja Nord Pobla de Farnals, or climb to the top of Torre de Guaita for incredible views. Relax on Playa El Puig, or delve into history at the Museu de la Impremta I de les Arts Gràfiques. For a more energetic experience, explore the rugged beauty of Platja Pobla Marina, or take in the spiritual ambience of the Ermita de Sant Jordi.

Reasonably quiet at night but can be bustling in the daytime.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Camí de la Playa (line L112A), is just a 5-minute walk.

Valencia Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. Smoking on the deck is allowed. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
