Spanning a 5-acre property, this private compound comfortably accommodates up to 22 guests across both homes, offering the perfect balance of togetherness and personal space, while still allowing your competitive side plenty of room to spread out and have a blast!

These homes are conveniently located within our 5-acre sports complex, so our guests can enjoy priority access to a full lineup of sports fields and lawn games. Kick off a friendly soccer match, gather the crew for a game on the softball diamond, or serve up some fun on the sand volleyball court. If you’re looking for something more relaxed, the 5 acres of open space provide plenty of room to bring your own backyard games — or grab one of our ready-to-play lawn game sets, including:

Enjoy an energizing hike along our 3 miles of private, scenic woodland trails, fire up the charcoal grill for a sunset dinner right in your own backyard, or unwind in the private hot tub right outside your back door (one per home). With nature, sports fields, and activities at your doorstep, this home is an ideal retreat for making lasting memories. Located just 55 minutes from Metro Grand Rapids, 2.5 hours from Chicago, and 3 hours from Detroit, this getaway offers an easy escape to the beauty of Michigan’s great outdoors.



Our 5-bedroom/3.5-bath Home Field Hideaway sleeps up to 14 guests across 9 beds - two king rooms, two queen rooms, plus a 5th bedroom designed for families, featuring a queen and two twin bunk bed sets. Whether you're traveling with little ones or a multigenerational crew, the sleeping arrangements are set up so each member of your group can enjoy a good night’s rest. Guests of all ages must be counted in your total, though we'll only allow a maximum of 10 adults in Home Field Hideaway. This is because our 5th family bedroom includes dual twin bunk bed sets.



Offering a balance of modern touches and outdoor adventure, neighboring cozy Timber Trails Retreat will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests across its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Guests of all ages must be included in your total guest count, and no more than 6 adults can sleep in Timber Trails because the 4th kid's bedroom includes one set of twin bunk beds.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire 2,709 sq. ft. across both homes, two hot tubs, our sports complex, and over 3 miles of private trails.



With both driveways, there's enough room for 9-10 cars: 6 cars at Home Field Hideaway; 4 cars at Timber Trails Retreat. RV/camper parking is not allowed; guests may park only in designated areas due to underground septic systems and buried propane tanks.



Guests enjoy keyless, convenient, self-check-in access by keypad entry using the door code they receive automatically one (1) hour before check-in. Check-in time = 5:00 PM; check-out time = 11:00 AM.



Enjoy our nearby, unfenced private lake access points (one per home & adjacent to each other), located just one mile away, each of which includes a private dock, canoe, and two (2) Adirondack chairs.



If you're interested in kayaking or paddleboarding, rentals are available for $35/vessel/day; a $105 minimum charge per transaction is required. You'll need to let us know at least 3 days in advance, & prepayment is required; then, we’ll have them ready for your arrival!



Local boat rental options may be available, so please ask for details. The public boat launch is just down the street from the private swimming areas.

Located just fifteen minutes from Crane’s Orchard and Dutch Farms, guests will be able to enjoy delicious pies and fruit picking come spring and summer! Prefer the fermented kind? Fenn Valley Winery offers wine tours and tastings and is a convenient 15–20-minute drive away.



The area is also a treasure trove for antique shopping. Head to South Haven, Saugatuck, Allegan, and Douglas during the fall and winter months to hunt down your next great find over a cup of hot cider. And when winter rolls in, the fun doesn't stop — it just gets chillier. Skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating, and endless snow-filled adventures await.



This getaway is strategically located for your convenience and pleasure, and well-equipped with a variety of indoor and outdoor activities for all seasons!



Getting Around:

We are located close to some of SW Michigan’s cutest coastal towns: 15 minutes from downtown South Haven, 20 minutes from Saugatuck, and 30 minutes from Holland.



Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport (AZO) is located just under 45 miles SE of this home.

Gerald R. Ford Int'l. Airport (GRR) in Grand Rapids, MI, is located about 57 miles NE of this home.

Amtrak's Pere Marquette line runs daily between Chicago, IL, and Grand Rapids, MI, through both Bangor, MI (15 miles south) and Holland, MI (25 miles north).



Please note: We don’t offer electric vehicle (EV) charging onsite. Attempting to charge an EV here damages our electrical system; any violations will incur a $400.00 fee plus any repair costs. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly!



Other Things to Note:

• High-speed Wi-Fi is provided by 123Net, offering reliable multiple-device connectivity throughout the home for streaming, video calls, and remote work. Feel free to log in to your favorite streaming services during your stay.

• Quiet hours in Lee Township are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. You are still welcome to use the outdoor areas during these times, but please be considerate of our neighbors and keep your noise level down.

• No decoration adherence to our walls, nor is using tinsel, glitter, confetti, feathers, etc., permitted.

• No EV charging, smoking, fireworks, vaping, marijuana use, or pets/animals permitted.

• Due to the presence of underground septic systems and buried propane tanks, park only in designated areas.

• Exterior-only security cameras are in use 24/7 for the safety of our home, guests & staff.
