The Space:

Four Quarters Sports & Trails is a one-of-a-kind stay that unites four distinct homes with an array of amenities and sports fields. Guests can enjoy the kind of low-stakes, friendly competitions that are sure to create lasting memories with energized soccer games, spirited volleyball matches, or some good old-fashioned softball. A variety of grab-and-play lawn games are also available, so the fun doesn't stop when the main event ends.



Each home is equipped with a grill, a fire pit, and a hot tub. Guests also have access to both the lake and the three-mile scenic trail on our 83 acres of privately owned woods - perfect for a quiet morning walk or an afternoon adventure. Whether it's a leisurely hike through the woods or a long evening around the fire, the slower moments here are just as memorable as the active ones.

This one-of-a-kind retreat is thoughtfully designed with abundant space for large groups to gather, play, and connect while still enjoying the comfort and flexibility of multiple homes. Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to Home Field Hideaway, Timber Trails Retreat, White Oaks Haven, and Woodland Pines Cottage. Across these four homes, guests have access to 17 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for a total of 42 guests.



- Home Field Hideaway is a comfortable 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home which sleeps up to 14 guests, or 10 adults, across 11 beds. Four bedrooms feature queen and king configurations; the fifth family bedroom includes a queen bed plus dual twin bunk sets. Positioned closest to the sports complex, it's a natural base for the most active members of your group.



- Timber Trails Retreat is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath home, which will sleep up to 8 guests, including 6 adults, across two king beds, a queen, and a bunk bed — a versatile layout that works equally well for a family, a group of four couples, or a mixed group. It's the kind of home that feels right-sized: enough space to breathe, yet near enough to keep tabs on the kids if needed.



- White Oaks Haven is a ranch-style 5-bedroom, 2-bath home that comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, or 10 adults. Hard-surface floors, an electric fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen with a butcher-block island and 12-seat dining table make it as functional as it is welcoming. A three-season sun porch with foosball and air hockey adds a great indoor option, and a custom walk-in shower with a seat and hand sprayer makes the home more accessible and comfortable for all.



- Woodland Pines Cottage is a cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat that sleeps up to 6 guests/adults on a semi-private, lightly wooded lot adjacent to White Oaks Haven. An open-concept living space with a 55" satellite-connected TV flows out to a shaded patio with a charcoal grill and a covered, always-open 4-seat hot tub — a quieter counterpoint to the larger homes, and a natural fit for overflow or smaller sub-groups.



Enjoy our nearby unfenced private lake access points (one for Home Field Hideaway & Timber Trails Retreat, and one for White Oaks Haven & Woodland Pines Cottage; both sit adjacent to each other), located just one mile away, each of which includes a private dock, canoe, and two (2) Adirondack chairs. If you're interested in kayaking or paddleboarding, rentals are available: a $105 minimum transaction applies ($35/vessel/day). You'll need to let us know at least 3 days in advance & prepayment is required; then we’ll have them ready for your arrival! Local boat rental options may be available, so please ask for details. The public boat launch is just down the street from the private swimming areas.



Guests enjoy keyless, convenient, self-check-in access by keypad entry at each home, and they will receive the code one (1) hour before check-in. Check-in time = 5:00 PM; check-out time = 11:00 AM



RV/camper parking is not allowed, and guests are asked to park only in designated areas due to underground septic systems and buried propane tanks.



We provide 24/7/365 exterior-only full video/audio security camera monitoring of our driveway and main entrance areas for the safety & security of our homes, guests, & staff.



Note: 42 max guests (total includes 32 adults max; 5th family bedrooms in White Oaks Haven & Home Field Hideaway each have 2 sets of twin bunk beds; you may be asked to leave or fined $50/night for every guest over this limit (or both).



The Neighborhood:

Four Quarters Sports & Trails is just one of our 22 listings here in peaceful Lee Township! Located just fifteen minutes from Crane’s Orchard and Dutch Farms, guests can enjoy delicious pies and fruit picking come spring and summer! Prefer the fermented fruits? Fenn Valley Winery offers wine tours and tastings, a mere 15–20-minute drive away. The area is also a treasure trove for antique shopping; head to South Haven, Saugatuck, Allegan, and Douglas during the fall and winter months to hunt down your next great find over a cup of hot cider. And when winter rolls in, the fun doesn't stop — it just gets chillier. Skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating, and endless snow-filled adventures await. This getaway is strategically located for your convenience and pleasure, and well-equipped with a variety of indoor and outdoor activities for all seasons!



Getting Around:

We are located close to some of SW Michigan’s cutest coastal towns: 15 minutes from downtown South Haven, 20 minutes from Saugatuck, and 30 minutes from Holland.



Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport (AZO) is located just under 45 miles SE of this home.

Gerald R. Ford Int'l. Airport (GRR) in Grand Rapids, MI, is located about 57 miles NE of this home.

Amtrak's Pere Marquette line runs daily between Chicago, IL, and Grand Rapids, MI, through both Bangor, MI (15 miles south) and Holland, MI (25 miles north).



Please note: We don’t offer electric vehicle (EV) charging onsite. Attempting to charge an EV here damages our electrical system; any violations will incur a $400.00 fee plus any repair costs. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly!



Other Things to Note:

Dogs are welcome at Woodland Pines Cottage and White Oaks Haven only, and are restricted to the 5-acre area these two homes occupy. Dogs are not permitted anywhere on the grounds of Home Field Hideaway or Timber Trails Retreat— no exceptions. We're unable to accommodate cats or other animals at any property.



Up to three (3) fully grown & potty trained small or medium-sized dogs are permitted per stay: one (1) in Woodland Pines Cottage and two (2) in White Oaks Haven. A non-refundable Dog Fee of $50 applies for each pup, and guests are responsible for any dog-related damages.

Please review and follow these rules during your stay:



1. Dogs must not be left unattended unless safely crated.

2. Only fully house-trained dogs are permitted. Puppy pad-trained dogs are not allowed.

3. Keep dogs off all uncovered furniture. Blankets and towels are provided for this purpose — please use them.

4. Clean up after your dog promptly. A scooper and disposal can are provided on the property.

5. Dogs must remain leashed when outdoors. The yard is unfenced, and Allegan County leash laws apply at the nearby Upper Scott Lake access point.

6. Please make a reasonable effort to remove dog hair and pet messes before checkout.

7. Dogs may not be bathed indoors. An outdoor hose and towels are available for rinsing off after outdoor adventures.

8. Please keep barking to a minimum out of respect for other guests on the property.



Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional charges. Thank you for helping us keep these homes welcoming for all guests.



High-speed Wi-Fi is provided by fiber internet powered by 123Net, offering reliable connectivity throughout the home for streaming, video calls, remote work, and multiple devices. Feel free to log in to your favorite streaming services during your stay.



Loud parties with excessive alcohol/drug use are not allowed. All drinking games are prohibited. Township-mandated quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM daily. We ask that nothing be stuck to our walls since this will damage the paint. You may not use tinsel, glitter, confetti, feathers, etc. during your stay since these leave a mess that is hard & time-consuming for our small staff to clean up.



No EV charging, fireworks, smoking/vaping (except in the designated area), or marijuana use (anywhere on the property). No exceptions.
