The staffs are very friendly and helpful. But the hotel room is dirty, and smells so bad. Sheets also smells mold.

We arrived and were given a room which stunk of wet dog. They changed rooms for us and the next one still smelled dirty like old food, but we were exhausted so just stayed in it. The sink was clogged and water did not drain. The shower had hair in it, and the room just felt dirty. The next day they were not able to fix the sink to we got moved to a third room. This one smelled clean and looked clean and the sink worked, when I looked in the bathroom the drain for the shower was filled with long black hair. Staff was nice and tried to be helpful but overall a really poor experience and we will not be back.
