Not a great stay. The rooms felt worn and outdated, and there wasn’t much to do on-site. We tried walking to nearby restaurants and places, but access was quite limited. Hospitality and service were minimal — one night was enough for us to rest, but we wouldn’t come back.

We are very happy that we stayed at Te Moana. It was clean, beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly! The grounds are lush and beautiful with the pool and ocean area a main highlight! We enjoyed the meals and loved the beach bar area. We felt that we had a wonderful retreat there! The taxi rides to and from the airport and papette were about 30$, and worth not having to rent a car.

DISAPPOINTING. 3 days to fix the ac. Entire restaurant was reserved for a private party one night. I had to go off site to eat. At checkout they offered to give me back the tip $ I had given to waitstaff rather than any reduction in the room charges. It's hardly fair to punish the bar staff for poor management choices.

Stayed overnight before international flight. Very nice resort. Great bars & restaurants and activities. Great sunset. Pool needs some maintenance but was clean. Rest of property was in good condition

Limited dining services or restaurants. There's only a small groceries store few minutes away. Or you will have to take a taxi everywhere. Facilities are ok... Not as great as expected. Room is ok...

The hotel is very out- dated and totally not worth the money. I have Cockroach in my room and everything in the room looks old. The chickens around the property started clutching as early as 2:30am to 5am - very noisy. For the price that we pay, this resort is totally not worth it. The location is also inconvenient and the water in front of property is not so safe to swim.
