Wi-fi service, privileged zone near of all services, spermarkets, restaurants, and so on. 10 minutos away from Punta del Este Centre. Bedroom 1 with double bed and a crib , bedroom 2 with 3single beds , hall with another bed, full bedroom with shower, bidet and hot water .Sitting room with fireplace, dinner room, kitchen, service room and a small bathroom with shower . Washing machine. A comfortable, big and lighted barbacue. Green, big and wide yard. Alarm system covering all the house.
