Perfect location for a stay in Punta Cana. A couple minute walk and you are either on the beach or in the town of Las corales. Well maintained and secured property. Great pool, good beach lounges, restaurant on site, perfect host in William. Best beach walks, beach clubs nearby and good restaurant options. Nearby grocery and pharmacy for all your needs. Uber works perfectly here. Stanza Mare is a place to come to for sure.

William, the host, was extremely responsive. For example, when the digital door lock announced that the battery was low, I texted William, and he was at the unit within 1/2 hour to install new batteries.The unit was even nicer than we expected. The ocean view from the balcony was picture-postcard perfect. And the pool was perfect for doing laps.Plenty of shaded lounge chairs at the beach. The condominium grounds are beautifully planted. The entire place is kept clean and tidy.We will definitely be back.

The condo was great! Very cute and nicely furnished. The community location right on the huge white sandy beach with beach umbrellas and lounge chairs was perfect. The location of this specific condo was also great being nearly beach front with a nice view of the beach and also steps away from the pool. The condo community was very close (walking distance) to excellent restaurants as well. Also very close to some excellent golf at Cocotal. Highly recommend this one.
