Disappointing

We had a water damage at our first room, so all of our clothes got wet. It took the reception 2-3 days to take us seriously and give us a new room. At the new room there was no hot water and we tried for two whole days to call the reception. They told us 12 times they would send someone but they never came. The day we had to check out they told us it was a problem in the whole building and that they knew about it. Both waterdamage and no hot water. We tried to file a complaint but nothing happened - we just had to sign a paper saying we wouldn’t sue them…

El ck. In estuvo pésimo. El aire sonaba como si estaban construyendo un edificio. Las sábanas y almohadas olían a moho.

Extremely nice resort with great facilities throughout. Rooms very clean and well looked after on our short stay. Beach, pools and activities were very nice and well laid out. Entertainment was exceptional on the beach and also in the evenings in the open air auditorium.

la pase muy bien, lo recomendaría. Me hubiese gustado que el bar que esta en la piscina hubiera tenido servicio de bebidas porque estaba muy distante las otras piscinas y los bares para tomar alguna bebida. Por lo demás excelente.

Fraudulent Advertising by Hotel or Hotels.com

In my past 35 years of traveling, this has been my worst experience in a hotel ever. I booked online on a +400U$ a night rate. I travelled with my entire family, and since we were arriving late on a layover flight to connect next day, I called earlier during the day (5 PM) in advance to let them know I was checking in past 12AM, and if they had 24hour checking, which they replied they did. I checked in at 2 AM, and they had 3 front desk personnel. It took me about 1 hour for the check in. They were not able to issue a electronic key, the bell boy had to open the door with security, and when I arrived the room was a dump. It was infested with a cloud of mosquitoes, at least 100 of them. It seems they don't even use any pest control, which in the Caribbean, it is a "most" due to the amount of infectious diseases spread by mosquito bites. The room had nothing to do with the pictures Hotels.com published. I obviously decided not to stay for the integrity of my family, and requested a refund. Hotel told me that they could not, since the room was available. I called Hotels.com customer support, who responded immediately calling the Hotel, requesting a refund, which they were not able to get either. I mentioned Hotels.com either that this property should not be listed in their web page, since it is a scam. I decided to leaveThis is fraudulent advertising. Either by the Hotel or by Hotels.com. Hotels.com mentioned since I was a loyal customer, I was going to recieve a credit voucher

Stay away if you don't like road noise

The apartment was just next to a road with noise in the night and from early morning. Pretty long walk from reception. Very nice apartment with good room and nice bed.

I checked in at 2pm. It took 3 hours to get a room. The first room they gave me was not what described in the advertisement. It was dirty. Hair on bathroom floor. They showed ne 2 more rooms before i finally got a decent room. The management was rude.

Don’t book on Expedia or on their Site

Very disorganized I waited 6 hours for my reservation and was then offered a coupon by Expedia. Well guess what I wasted a whole day just waiting for room when I asked this really unorganized establishment if they could extend check out time or include food since by the time we were given the keys to the suite it was late they denied both requests. This establishment is not one I will ever recommend. Expedia is refunding me but I think they should have done better a day wasted and not under the sun.
