This was the worst vacation experience I have ever booked, especially considering it was rated as a four star. It claimed to be all-inclusive with access to restaurant dining with reservations. However, they were only giving me two dinners for the six days that we were staying there. The room was dirty with bugs and geckos running around in the room and our sheets smelled of mildew. The food was so disgusting all of us got sick and were forced to leave after two days. Completely ruined our vacation.

The staff were very friendly, the food and restaurants were great. The standard rooms definitely needed to be renovated. The newer villas by the pools were more modern. The only issues we had were the reservations. When we went to the Al a carts that we booked half the time they couldn’t find our reservations.

We had a fantastic time! Alex from the restaurants by the beach was amazing and Steheve and Pamela at reception were fantastic. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. I do recommend staying in the renovated rooms as they are modern and fresh! Had a great time with friends.

El área del Buffet el olor era horrible allí no se podía comer. Aunque luego de ir en 3 ocasiones a pedir restaurante lograron pero al principio fue difícil pq nos decían que todo estaba lleno. Pero al final pues comimos bien. Aparte de eso todo bien y todo el personal bien atento y la limpieza de los cuartos excelente.

We really enjoyed this property! Make sure you get a renovated room though!! The pools were beautiful and very clean. The pool bars were a lot of fun. Drinks are weak compared to Mexico. The beach and water was beautiful. Lots of beach vendors bothering you though. Don't forget to take advantage of the free kayaking and catamaran ride. Food was just ok, but that is what we expected.
