The resort was beautiful the entertainment was spectacular the food was great if you're into food, my sister is a very picky eater so she didn't try much, I at least try it. What I did eat was great. Occassionally staff did not appear to listen to your question - like their mind was somewhere else - but overall were attentive, and eager to serve. A shame that the "quiet" pool was not near the beach. The "active" and therefore noisy pool was near the beach - hence the beach was also noisy!

Loved our stay! I will say that there were not many gluten free options and nothing was labeled at buffets. Staff were awesome and room was always clean. Tried to order room service a couple times and never got it but not a big deal. Great entertainment team! Loved the shows and thought every night was very fun and energetic!

Staff was very courteous, helpful and accommodating. Several restaurants to choose from with a good variety of meals. Beach and gardens are very well maintained. Room layout and design was good. Items in the room need better maintenance such as the broken glass top for the dresser cabinet. We had some small reaches in our room.
