The place is amazing and the staff are unbelievable. The gym is great but crowded from 7am to 8:30am. I would recommend you go after 8:30. The food was delicious and a lot of varieties. Definitely coming back

The service received from Caesar, Erica and Wander were exceptionally. The bell boy was also very helpful, but Wander deserves an employee of the Century award for always going above and beyond the call of duty.

We just retired on 5/27/25 from Bahia. Beautiful property, clear and well maintained, Room is large and spacious, but requires renovations. Pool has no shade, beach is clean and plenty of chaises. Bars are good and drinks are great. Food selection is ok, but quality is not great. Restaurants are beautiful but again the food quality is not great.Entertainment team is great. Overall good stay, but will not go back

The staff was really nice Francis & Mireylis from the entertainment crew were very nice & had all of us laughing the whole time, Rolando from front desk was also very welcoming and attentive to us, & the driver Luis Miguel helped us out a lot and was very helpful & Jeffrey from the Italian restaurant was very nice as well. I would recommend this resort its very beautiful & the entertainment was a lot of fun☺️

I liked the staff, they were very nice and lots of fun!! I liked the property which was very clean. I did my like that I wasn’t able to get not even one reservation and therefore did not get to experience any of the other restaurants on the resort. My family and I were disappointed.
