The room was great. The staff was amazing everyone from front to back was so engaging and polite. The resort was beautiful the entertainment was spectacular the food was great if you're into food, my sister is a very picky eater so she didn't try much, I at least try it. What I did eat was great. My only down was the beach, I was expecting beautiful blue clear water, it was not. But a great time anyway. Thank you

The staff! The entire entertainment crew was absolutely amazing!! I could name all of them and truly mean they did good. Bubaloo, Jose, Nicky Minaj, Alexis, and the other girls were the most welcoming and sweetest people.(the girls names are harder to remember for me but did just as good!) not only was the entertainment crew awesome but the landscapers, life guards, bartenders, restaurant crew, and lobby workers looked like they loved their jobs and gave us a friendly smile and most of the time said hi to us!

The resort was clean, inviting, and quite a hidden gem of Bahia Principe properties. The staff at this resort were friendly, several spoke English, and most were knowledgable. Having access to 4 large and very nice pool areas was great. The room was okay but the room cleaning staff was excellent. The food at the buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner had a wide variety of options. The ala carte restaurants Asian Fusion and their Rodizio Grill was excellent. The beach area is vast, very walkable, and very pretty with lots of palm trees. There were plenty of chairs with palm umbrellas in the beach area. Now there was a couple issues that I had on this resort. The usual suspects of pool chair hogs every stinkin day that the resort needs to better address ( There are signs at literally every pool cabana and umbrella to address the issue but obviously the offenders cant read!!) Second issue is reserving the ala carte restaurants. You go to their computer or personnel at resorts main lobby and its very hard to find any open reservation other than 8:30p-9:30p openings. Everyday visits to the concierges in main lobby to try to find an open reservation or an earlier time was a daily pain in the rear. Overall I was happy with my visit to this resort. I didnt want to leave and I will be back.

The staff alone (entertainment) they will definitely see me again. There are so many food options you can’t even decide what to get because everything looks AND tastes amazing the Japanese restaurant was BY FAR our favorite! We ordered room service at all hours and they always delivered. The pools were so much fun! There’s a quiet pool where to read/tan and things like that if that’s more your vibe. The main pool was where the party was at! We did water aerobics (so much harder than you think), played hot potato with a twist it was so fun. Alexis was amazing we met him, Maria and Rococada on day one and let me tell you they did not disappoint. Truly a Burst or energy they excelled at their job Rococada was always dancing and just killing it out there. Alexis and Bubalu were hilarious always had us laughing and you could see how hard they work but still made it so fun. We played bingo with bubalu and Franchesca and even though we didn’t get to win a prize it was such a great time truly. Franchesca was so sweet and she also did the Zumba on the beach we got a killer work out there. There are some more people I might be forgetting to mention but on the staff alone the service was excellent. The room we were in was not the cleanest so they definitely lost points with me there the sheets had some hairs before we even laid down but someone came in and changed the sheets. Hot tub was so dirty and room service never cleaned it we never got to use it that sucked. Everything else 10/10

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL- We left after 1 night because it was so awful. The staff is rude. We arrived and all of the restaurants were booked for the rest of our stay so we could not enjoy one of the fancy restaurants for dinner any of the nights who were there. Our room had bugs in it and our air conditioner was leak leaking water, and there was mold in our room. Additionally, there were only three outlets to plug anything in in our room. The high stars that they have are a scam because their workers walk around and encourage you to give them five stars for the entertainment, but the only way you can give five stars for the entertainment as if you give five stars for the entire stay. They pretty much bully you into doing it and bring someone else over to tell you to do it while you’re sitting and trying to enjoy the entertainment. This hotel is a scam and I do not recommend it. It is far from luxury. The buffet was absolutely disgusting on top of it. I’d give zero stars if I could. They also would not grant us a refund even though we had paid for four days and only stayed for one. We went down to secrets, hotel, and it was amazing. I highly recommend you go there instead.
