This is a wonderful all-inclusive resort with a lovely large beach and 2 large pools. Each pool had a swim up bar which was very nice. Staff was particularly friendly and attentive.

El hotel es muy bonito. Las habitaciones muy limpias y sus alrededores tambièn. El servicio tanto en la recepción,restaurantes y manteninientos fueron excelentes. La comida muy buena! Se pasa muy bien junto al equipo de entretenimiento. Lo recomiendo!

The hotel, staff, and service were excellent, the only thing is that the beach water is not Clear. I was informed me is that there is a river close by and they join but anyway it bathes me, I swim and the best part was not being seaweed 👍

This was a beautiful resort, the staff was great, the suites were gorgeous. The only negative was not enough outlets by the bed and the app that is required to make dinner reservations was a bit faulty. We tried booking in advance for dining and everything was always booked according to the app everyday, so we did not get to eat at any of the restaurants. The nightly entertainment was also lacking at this resort so we found ourselves going to the sister resort which had better entertainment and livelier staff.

I love everything about this place even room service was included in the package. I would go again 😀. I had a great time. They didn’t even ask me for a deposit or resort fee . It’s really safe I love how they check every car and get everyone’s id .

This place was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was AMAZING and entertaining. The buffet food wasn't bad but wasn't great. The reserved meals we had were the best meals of the week. We were a little disappointed we didn't know to reserve dinners the first night, so most of us had to eat the buffet every day. Next time, I will try to reserve BEFORE I get there. Also, we reserved the catamaran, and the guy running it gave our reservation to someone else and wasn't friendly. Other than that, it was the best birthday EVER!!! The drinks were excellent, and the activities were fun. The entertainment staff really made it an experience to remember. Our rooms were always cleaned and stocked. I will say the electricity went out a few times but always came back within 5-15 mins. Remember, this is still in the Dominican Republic. This never bothered us or got in the way of our good time. It WAS a heavy storm when it happened.
