Everything was fantastic! The bartender staff (All) were friendly and attentive. Micaela from the cleaning team is a sweetheart and did a wonderful job decorating and making our room feel cozy and comfortable. In the VIP Lounge, Raynellys, Iandra, and Imaranyes were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming—always ready to assist with anything we needed. Bryan, from Chez Gourmet restaurant was wonderful and kind. Such a welcoming energy and attentive! Thanks to the amazing staff, my partner and I had an unforgettable experience. One downfall was that the room, the Swim up, felt outdated, kind of old and not modern. But besides that, we’ll definitely be returning! A massive thank you to all the staffs! It was wonderful to return to the motherland with such lovely people.

The room was nice with a great view. One thing we struggled with was that not many of the restaurant staff spoke English so we often had trouble ordering what we wanted. Also, not a lot of alcohol choices at the bars. Very limited. Finally, the Japanese restaurant was so hot that the experience was not at all enjoyable.
