No vale la pena no todas las habiataciones estan remodeladas ni todo el hotel es un. Hotel viejo no me gusto no tiene disco incluida es una disco que no pertenese al hotel y hay que pagar lo que consumas el buffet no estubo tan mal lo que menos que gusto fue el snack donde hacen pizzas y burguer no estaba limpio y no se veia muy higienico mi tv no se veia nada bien el personal no es tan amanle ni profesional

My room smell like mold and I kept getting bit by some kind of bug we asked to switch rooms and they said they couldn’t help me They never came up to our room to check the smell and clean it it smelled the entire time I would like some kind of refund

The first room wasn’t cleaned, the second room had guests in it and the third room was finally good. The pool was filthy. We couldn’t eat at any of the restaurants as they were all booked for every day. One of the main reasons we booked this resort was the assortment of restaurants and we couldn’t eat at any. We either had to eat at the buffet which didn’t have a very good selection or pay for dinner. The point of booking an all inclusive was to not spend more money on top of what we already paid to go. The manager was of no assistance and just apologized with no answers. The only thing about this trip that was good was the weather, we would never book here again and will not recommend it to other people. Beyond disappointed

Power went out multiple times. Room was covered in cockroaches and Recluse spiders. Doors leading out didn’t close all the way and had big gapped openings and didn’t really lock. Felt unsafe at night. Beach was covered in trash. Some over the restaurants advertised on resorts weren’t open. Couldn’t relax or enjoy the beach because the Vendors are overwhelming and harass you. We will never go back.

I was upgraded to the Sun Club at check-in, which made me feel like a VIP. The exclusive pools and beach area were beautiful, and there was always something fun going on at night. The romantic dinner on the beach was a highlight — way better than I expected! Big shout-out to the entire staff who helped set up the dinner and made everything extra special. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond. Only downside was that not all the restaurants were open, but overall the resort was great. The staff, beaches, and atmosphere were amazing — I’d definitely come back again. Tip: Go for the Sun Club upgrade — totally worth it!

The hotel is Clean and quiet, good for couples, good drinks the food wasn’t that good. We saw a rat in the breakfast restaurant. Most of the staff were very nice.
