Overall, our stay was fine. The property is not too big or small, and there is still construction going on. The shows were good and when the restaurants were open, the food was good and were the drinks. The best service we got was from the bartenders on the beach on the "club members side". They worked really hard to make sure our drinks were full.
Regarding the food, not all restaurants were open every night and some were showing as open on the app, were actually closed the entire week.
The property was okay. Building 3 had continuous issues of having no hot water, no cold water, or no water at all. Our toilet had to be fixed as the flusher didn't work and there were numerous times we didn't get new towels. There was also a lack of shelving or drawers for clothing and no soap/shower gel holder was installed in the shower. Clearly, this building was not ready to open all the way. Although there were these frustrations, we had a nice stay with our friends.
