Beachfront Condo & Rooftop

The Condo is located on a Bavaro beachfront with resort style amenities, such as Pools, and Tiki Bar. Condo is on the 4th floor, With elevator in gated community. Two bedrooms (Master bedroom has a King bed), (2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds), two bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen with private rooftop patio. Bedrooms are equip with central air-condition and ceiling fans, security boxes.
There is a small souvenir shop with beverages on the 1st floor of the complex. I can also get you in contact with personnel for tours and excursions. Just ask me about it :)

My listing is located in El Cortecito, in Bavaro. Just a few steps from white sand beaches. Great area with many restaurants within a 10 minute walking radius. I can provide a list of restaurants that you can check out.
The condo apartment is for your exclusive and private use. The rooftop and patio is up the spiral staircase, for your private enjoyment.
The complex is a beachfront property. You walk past 2 pools and you will see the beach. The cabanas and beach chairs are 1st come 1st serve. There is also a small restaurant and tiki bar at the beach you can access.
Ubers are inexpensive and safe to use in this area.

I will NEVER rent from you again.
You took my money. I paid the deposit and when it came time to pay the rest I could not pay. You did not answer the phone the 26 times I called. To say NO customer attention is the least !! I want my money back. I had to rent a place within one week to keep my plane tickets. I did this out of pocket and would like my money back ASAP!!

I’m not a complainer so this is definitely a terrible property if I’m complaining. Dirty, nothing was as advertised, build falling apart, elevator not functioning and this is a long term known problem. A 50 pound suitcase up 4 flights of stairs that weren’t safe, terrible communication and no care for concerns. I can go on but I shared enough.
