Todo muy bien en la estadía, el personal muy amable y profesional en especial Gustavo, que nos atendió personamente muy bien durante toda la estadía y Mauricio que muy atento tambien llevaba a mis padres que son mayores a todos los lugares del hotel. Lo unico malo fue para la cena de año nuevo que teniamos reservado a una hora y nos dieron la mesa una hora despues ya que no habia espacio.

Desde nuestra experiencia, mientras una parte del personal trabaja dando lo mejor de sí, otra parte del mismo hacen lo contrario, como por ejemplo la gerente del Spa quien presenta un deplorable trato al huesped y ademas denota falta de competencia para la posicion que ocupa. Sin embargo tambien está Merihan, de servicio al huesped, quien presentó un profesionalismo y una empatía resaltables y que, en cierta medida, sirvió para rescatar lo negativo recibido de otras áreas. La cena del 31 de diciembre, vendida como algo memorable, fue realmente todo menos eso; definitivamente que la cena del bufé estaba mucho mejor. La animación muy pobre, con un equipo de empleados que parecían estar locos por irse todos los días. La limpieza excelente; la calidad de la comida muy buena, el restaurante francés nos encantó. El lugar es muy lindo y la playa preciosa.

It was amazing! I will stay there again! Loved how kind and genuine everyone was especially Alvarez, Jazmin and Alberto. Also I loved Yareilin Morla! what a GREAT SINGER! She took my breath away. I loved the food, the bar, the lobby areas as well as the pool and the beach was beautiful.

The resort was beautiful, we stayed in a Preferred Club family suite which included access to exclusive areas and restaurants at the resort which was worth the extra amount. The preferred club food options were consistently better than the other food offerings. Beach was great - was usually able to get spots just fine. It would have been nice to get away from the constant music which tended to be on the loud side. Service was good - there did seem to be somewhat rude service but we weren’t sure if that was more of a cultural thing or not.

The Hotel was excellent right from the entry, to the beautiful suite we got, courteous and always smiling staff, the World Cafe, which had a good selection of Vegetarian Food and the evening entertainment events everything was A+. We were group of 5 families traveling together and the kids enjoyed the Kayak and other activities. The bright sunny beach and the wonderful sunny weather was Cherry on top, specially coming from cold weather. We all enjoyed a memorable vacation and have definitely put on a few pound with all the delicious food. Just one caution, please avoid regular tap water or ICE, we were requesting bottled water in the hotel and the hotel staff gladly provided each time we asked for it.
