Rooms were spotless, hallways were spotless, the whole resort was very clean. Staff were awesome, we really appreciated our concierge, Brelin, he was so helpful, attentive, and a great resource for any questions we had. When Brelin was offsite, we relied on Angel, who again was always willing to help in any way needed. Take advantage of your conciege, they are there to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I would come back and specifically ask for Brelin and Angel again.
