All staff was friendly and welcoming, check in and check out was quick and easy. It was easy to get into all of the restaurants and food was good for an all inclusive. Didnt care for the glass doors to the restrooms and shower in our room but loved the cozy robes. Room was dated and closet door didnt open easily but we felt comfortable and the bed, pillows and linens were nice. The pools and beach were clean and lots of activities at the resort for all ages. As with all resorts, too many people go out early and snag all the good pool seats and umbrellas and stay gone all day, that is frustrating and needs to be addressed. There is a policy the resort will watch for those gone more than an hour but not enforced. We would definitely go back!

I wish this hotel had more food options at buffet restaurant. there was no fried bacon for breakfast at all, not enough fruit and overall not enough varieties of food for this star hotel. All employees are extremely nice. I hope the food will improve . Besides that I am very satisfied with my stay there.

The staff was fantastic and the rooms were comfortable with functioning AC. The dining options were plentiful, especially when selecting the club option, which I would recommend for greater access to more private/quiet pools and beach access as well. The only annoyance experienced on the trip was with the vendors on the beach, but you can choose to ignore them or politely let them know you're not interested. The entertainment at the resort also exceeded our expectations. The biggest complaint I have about the booking experience was that our trip package had us flying into Santo Domingo instead of Punta Cana. Instead of being right by our resort, we were a 2 hr 15 min shuttle away from our resort. This caused us extra time and cost to arrange these services.

Great stay rooms are a little dated but the staff and food make up for anything unpleasant. Enoc is a great server and we seen him at the buffet and Mexican restaurant and Jade.
