The property was excellent and well maintained, with a beautiful beach and great weather throughout our stay. The room did need some upkeep, but it was manageable. The real downside was the food. Most dishes were completely lacking in flavor, while others were overly salty, and not a single meal was good enough to consider having again. It was such a shame that a beautiful property was ruined by extremely bad food.

Good for the money. Extremely friendly staff for the most part. Some things didn’t work out well such as a couple times room service never came but overall it was great. Recommend the 7 in 1 excursion or anything else the resort claims is theirs. Not so much booking a 3rd party, even through the resort. Food was overall good but sometimes not quite as described (it is a different country to be fair). The Legends show was pretty good, the others were borderline entertaining but the effort put into them is really cool to see! I recommend staying here to anybody who wants to see enjoy a more quiet, peaceful (no crazy partying or kids) version of Punta Cana!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the service was on another level — every single staff member went above and beyond, and it truly showed. The bartenders at the swim-up pool kept the vibes high and the drinks flowing, and the beachside service was incredible — always fast, friendly, and with a smile. Huge shoutout to Freisy for taking care of our Magna Club dinner reservation. That dinner was top notch — phenomenal food and flawless service. Over at the preferred bar, Eloy was the star of the show. His energy is unmatched. He made everything fun, kept us laughing, and really made our nights memorable. Our swim-up room was also top tier — clean, beautiful, and just steps from the water. Truly the perfect setup. The entire property is stunning, the staff are exceptional in every way, and the service is some of the best we’ve ever experienced. We will definitely be coming back.

The room was cleaned every day, but the floor was not swept all week. By the end of the week we were walking on sand. The food was great, but could have been hotter.
