There were not enough lounge chairs available at the pool or the beach (people were reserving them at 7am, and none were available by 9am). The wait to get into a restaurant for dinner was 45 minutes to over one hour (not acceptable). The air conditioner in the room was not able to keep the room a comfortable temperature.

We had a fabulous stay and really enjoyed the facilities. The only downside was the number of people smoking outdoors, which was a bit disappointing and will likely factor into my decision when booking future all inclusive resorts.

This an outstanding vacation made even more memorable by the above and beyond efforts of the every staff member we encountered. From front desk, to the waitstaff, to housekeeping, to the grounds crew - everyone greeted us with a smile and a hello. Aside from the arrival, this resort is all we could ask for. There are two resorts named excellence about 15 minutes apart and we didn’t know we were at the wrong one until after our driver had left. I think the staff should not have been surprised and may have prevented the confusion at the gate. But the rest of the stay was incredible!
