The resort property was beautiful. Our rooms were great. Beach and pool were outstanding. The service was good. The food was terrible. We survived on the fresh made pizza from the food truck. The food in the restaurants we ate in was mostly inedible.

Pros: -safe, secure - you can leave your things on/at your beach chair without worrying -polite staff; good customer service -24/7 room service -clean beach with easy access -plenty of activities to participate in -clean, well-kept facilities and buildings -very family friendly -mini-fridge in the room stocked daily -many dining options; access to all the menus on the app -large buffet option also Cons: -inability to make reservations to restaurants; sometimes have long waits and nowhere to wait in the immediate area -alcohol was very watered down -some food was generally bland -about 45-60 minute ride from the airport; drivers may be scammers (even the Uber ones who will cancel your ride and try charging you 2-3 times as much once you’re in the car) -tv froze frequently due to connectivity; spotty WiFi from the beach -the app notifications to let you know your table is ready doesn’t always work

The staff in the main Market Place buffet and the pool/beach bar guys were always friendly and on the ball The resort was very clean the room did need some work on the deck area (Honeymoon suite facing beach) , bites a huge room with great amenities The other restaurants on the resort I found mixed both menu and staffing wise but overall a great experience

We just came off a 6 day stay in a party of 8 in 3 rooms. Many positives but too many housekeeping issues. As well, the pool could have been cleaner. Other than the 2 excellent restaurants with ‘shows’, food was fair/poor.

I've stayed in many all inclusives and this was my best. We booked a terrace lounge pool room. It was gorgeous and close to the dining areas. The property is kept up well, clean, with modern ammenities, and staff are all super kind. There were plenty of activities and a daily calendar of events available on the app. I downloaded the app prior to booking to see what activities were offered. I stayed in other all inclusives that were pretty boring so this was important to me. There's food available in the pool area and swim up bars. The only thing that needs improvement is the food taste. Although the burgers were a weird texture and room service food was hardly edible, we were able to find tasty options in the main dining buffet and I would gladly book this resort again!
