The property was clean and the food was good. The AC in my room kept cutting off and even though I reported it, no one ever came to fix it. The beach was full of sargasso and even thou a bulldozer was available it was never picked up.

Staff and service are excellent as they prioritize the guests. The place is a bit dated and requires upgrades, but the management is already working on it. Service in the restaurants is a bit slow---waited 40 min to get desert and never received it in the end as they ran out of ice cream. Buffet is excellent. Also, we attended during Easter, and the show and food organized by Kids club was superb! Great job!. For kids to play with live bunnies was the cherry on top.

The property was extremely well maintained and had great options for pools, food and places to spend your time while you were there, the rooms was very nice and very well maintained. Edwin was an awesome help, got us setup with dinners for the evenings and checked in every day even when he was off to be sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the property.

The resort itself was very nice, but there is a need for more staff. Compared to the resorts we have visited in Mexico Grand Palladium is definitely understaffed. If you’re on the beach and don’t mind walking 1/4 mile in either direction to get a drink, or some food, then this would be a place for you. There is also little to no staff to serve you while at the pool. It is impossible to get a reservation at any restaurant for parties over 2, but thanks to Biki, she was able to help us out. If it wasn’t for her assistance, we would have never eaten at any restaurant. She is amazing. Also, Susana, Claudia, and Diego were amazing at the lobby bar area. The food in the Behique Buffet was not very good and the service was slow. The beach area was not maintained very well and the chairs needed some cleaning. There was also no one out there from the hotel. All in all it was a nice trip, but those in my group all agree that we don’t plan on returning.
