Esteban and Gregory were the best! They were extremely helpful and friendly. The staff was overall very friendly. The room was somewhat disappointing and smelled very musty and mildewy. I assume there was some water damage to the building. The amenities stated there were laundry facilities but it’s actually laundry service that is very expensive per item of clothing, so that was misleading. I would suggest packing plenty of clothes as it’s $1.25 per pair of underwear and prices go up from there. The grounds are incredibly beautiful and the beach area is very nice. The food was good on the adult side not super impressed with the food on the family side but it wasn’t terrible. Overall we had a good trip.

Our trip was great! The food was delicious and there were lots of choices. We stayed for a week and we were able to eat something different each night. The property and rooms were all very clean. The beach was also very clean and provided plenty of room for everyone. The staff was so friendly in every part of the resort. We especially appreciated the pool bartender, Edwin, who was super nice and helpful from the second we met him. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone!

We had great experience with Concierge- Carlos King. This young gentleman was very helpful with arranging birthday surprise for my hubby. All was arranged as promised and even more. Would like to send him particularly BIG THANK YOU ! what was not that good , to my personal opinion is food, it was the same all the time in buffet. Restaurants were slow service and food was not impressive at all. Only one good exception was Hibachi in Asian restaurant.

Went with my husband and 8yr and 11yr old. Can't Rave enough about what a great time it was. You want relax, you got it. You want activities, you got it. You want entertainment, you got. The beach was beautiful and plenty of sunbeds. Would love to go again! Definitely worth every penny

Food is great or not so good, depending on what you order. The people that work there are truly nice, not for money; but really helpful and willing to go out of their way to do things for you, gladly. That is so refreshing from most places. We paid for the premium room, and it was worth it for us. It gets you: Access to some restaurants, when everybody cannot go; which we used. There is a big buffet restaurant with an impressive assortment of food options, in which most people ate meals. A nicer room, and it was nice. They are renovating the resort so this may not have as much value next year. The renovation has no effect on the part of the resort that is open, and it is a big resort. A club type "private" area, that makes a big resort seem like a small resort. it has a bar, buffet type light meals. Private dining areas, in and out. Access to a private pool, that is nice. The main pool is very nice, too. Higher quality drinks and food. This was only partly true. Overall, the premium upgrade will make sense for some people. We are going back, we really enjoyed our stay.

Grounds were immaculate, rooms need freshening but were clean. Staff was wonderful. Restaurants were good and easily accessible, ie no long lines. A bit of a drive to reach most excursions but none of the hustle and bustle of the resorts closer to Punta Cana. We had a great time at the Hilton!

The service staff (waiters, bar staff, etc) was great....but the management and check-in staff was terrible. If you are thinking to upgrade to preferred status, don't do it!! Not worth the money. It took us well over an hour to check-in and there was no line!! They say you get a private pool area and beach area but these are NOT monitored at all. We could have had access without paying the extra cost. And the upgraded mini bar is simply a joke!! When we complained after the first day, we were told there was no manager on duty. We said we'd be happy to be moved, they said it wouldn't be a problem and didn't move us. And when we were FINALLY able to speak to a manger upon check-out....we were told you stayed in the room so you will not be refunded. I will never stay at a Dreams resort again!! Terrible customer service!!!
