OMG!!! This resort is Everything!!! From the time you check-in until the time you check-out. I had amazing treatment! All the restaurants food were good. The staff was so pleasant and accommodating. I will DEFINITELY recommend this resort to anyone and will be returning soon!

The property is beautiful, staff very friendly and accommodating. The food was terrible! We ate pizza everyday, just to have something. I dont think that i have ever been to DR and couldn't find flavor!

Perfect for couples. It’s not a huge place so getting around was relatively easy. Everything was close. Food was good. Easy check in and check out. I would definitely be willing to come back.

My daughter and I dined at the buffet late afternoon, around 9 pm I started to feel off. Shortly after i started to experience intense vomiting,diarrhea and chills. After hours of non stop vomiting and diarrhea my daughter was scared and inquired about the hotels advertised doctor on site.she said I needed to come to the “ clinic” and It would be over $300 for an iv and a shot of Dramamine. Her attempts to get a iv in were painful and unsuccessful. She was unable to get the line going, every move I made it would rip out of my arm and I would bleed everywhere and she would start the process again. There was no private bathroom for me to use to be sick in. I had to have my daughter carry my iv bag with me to the hotel lobby bathroom. Other patrons were attempting to use the bathroom She said it was likely food poisoning and she recommended I be taken to a local hospital where I can be treated because they didn’t have the supplies I needed there. My daughter was terrified I was going to die. I declined as my flight back the the us was in less than three hours. All I could think was I need to make it back to Florida and I can get help there. The hotel is beautiful and that’s all I can say. I had the swim up suite. My sink was clogged and my shower drain was clogged which was pretty disgusting. The door to the toilet is frosted glass so expect to see your travel parter using the bathroom. Also there is no bathroom ventilation fan so when you poop the whole room smells like it. I

Being hounded right off the plane for rides was kind of frightening when you are an American couple who doesn't know what to expect. There should be more information on this to make it less stressful.
