One of the staff that was nice was Dominga. Other then that there were few that was unpleasant. Also area where you sit to watch tv is so bad too much flys and it’s too hot you can’t even watch a match in peace. There’s not a single lobby area that have air conditioning it’s all hot and mosquitos and flys. I tried my best to enjoy but this were few things that’s I didn’t like.

The entire experience was amazing. Our balcony view was wonderful and they were so prompt to make sure at a certain hour the events near rooms were over so to allow quite time. The pools were clean, plenty of chairs and towels available. The restaurants were amazing and the common buffet restaurant always had a wonderful selection for all 3 meals of the day as well as room service available 24hrs. The spa was tranquility, so great we did 2 experiences while here. Staff from bellhops, front desk, guest experience to house keeping was more than friendly and accommodating. Can not wait for our next experience

I had an amazing stay at Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville! 🌴✨ The service here truly goes above 5 stars. Special recognition to Francisco at Rodizo restaurant, who was absolutely outstanding. The entertainment staff kept everything fun and lively, and the entire team at Dahlia’s buffet was so friendly and welcoming. The Customer Experience team went above and beyond by surprising me with a beautiful birthday decoration, which made my trip even more special. 🎉💐 Every restaurant I tried was simply delicious, with excellent food and wonderful service. This resort exceeded all my expectations—I can’t wait to come back!

The staff and service is great, but they’re keeping the restaurants closed opening only one of them daily with no reservations available leaving just the buffet as the only option when they advertise all the restaurants opened, Another thing is the incredible amount of mosquitoes all around the property

My. Room w. Very. Clean it I had problem with the toilet running continuously in room 54001, the shower glass door did not close shut along with the glass door to the commode. The snack bar the food was not good.

Everything was good.I did not like that everything shut down at 11:00 p m with no music. I think they should play music for the people that want to stay up in the bar area a little longer. Not everyone wants to go to the disco on the other side where there are many kids and the music is blasting.

The staff and the accommodations were excellent the food was amazing to quiet beach and the pool area is extremely fun. My only complaint what's the bed was too far for me.... Other than that I had an excellent experience and I accidentally stay it was a birthday gift for my husband who also enjoyed them PGA golf course very wonderful week

We only came for a short 3 night, 4 day stay as a mini vacation from our vacation life because we live in the DR. It was amazing. The staff, the resort, the food, it was all exceptional. The Ocean's 4 golf course was amazing, we really enjoyed the whole trip and will be back again soon!
