The overall property was clean and well kept. Some of the pools could you a good scrub. There were a lot of missing tiles and some mildew buy nothing disgusting. It was odd that there was no music playing at the swim up bars. When asked where the music was, our bartender told us the power was out. And it was out 3 days after... The rooms were older but very roomy. You could tell the floors in our rooms never got swept and we saw a bug. The bed was comfortable but the pillows smelled like b.o. The bed was made with flat sheets (not fitted) which was odd. There where many times when i woke up and the mattress was exposed. Most of the staff seemed annoyed to be at work and were not helpfully The food was eatable, but nothing we found that was particularly tasty. We enjoyed the French restaurant. The buffets were plentiful but food was dry, cold, and bland. The beach was clean but very crowded. If you didn’t claim a spot early in the morning you wouldn’t get one. There were barely any staff available to get drinks for you while laying out. No one would approach you and ask you if you needed anything unless you were flashing dollar bills. Overall our experience was just ok. I don’t think it was worth the money, or the 4.5 stars you’ve rated it. Pick somewhere else.

We had a butler assigned to us who was very helpful with anything we needed. What could be improved are the massage/facial table. Not very comfortable.

Absolutely incredible!! My wife and I had an amazing time. The staff was incredible. Anthony (Tony Montana) At the top bar in the main lobby is an extremely cool and respectful gentleman. I am looking forward to conversing with him again!! Also, Fania and Felix in the bar at the end of the pool near the beach are definitely two people that you are going to want to get to know. Extremely friendly and readily available for you with a smile and lots of laughs!! One more mention of a great man that I spoke with would have to be Amaury, he works in the buffet near the lobby and was also a great man to meet!! Totally professional always smiling and always ready to laugh and make you feel at home!! And one last gentleman that I would love to mention would have to be Ramone!! What can I say, Ramone came through for me many times to help make this trip a very memorable and romantic time for my wife and I and he will definitely be my go to guy on our next adventure!! Oh, and yes the property. The property was very clean very spacious and very beautiful!! I can not wait to make many more trips to majestic mirage!!

Nelson our butler was so very helpful, he needs a raise. Staff was very pleasant and always asking how they could help. clean. Japanese cook could use a real Japanese cooking lesson. Will return and tell our friends to stay here.
