The property was beautiful and clean; however, our room smelled so musty that even our clothes smelled. I asked for an air freshener; to no avail. I did not have confidence in the cleaning staff of our room as the toilet was dirty upon arrival and throughout our stay the tables were never wiped down, the cabana was never cleaned (3 empty cans remained next to the cabana from the time we arrived to the time we left, toiletries and towels were not replaced without us requesting specific items. Our room was very spacious but was not at all comfortable due to the smell and the feeling it wasn't clean. The sofa was dirty and had no pillows. Very disappointed in the room!! Check-in was very frustrating. We waited 30 mins to check in and then we were told to sit on the couch and wait. We waited almost 2 hours before asking what was going on. Instead of allowing us to get something to eat and explore the grounds and return later or give us our room # and a time we can enter the room we just sat there...no communication!! Terrible beginning to what was supposed to be a very relaxing vacation. When our butler finally approached us he took 4 parties together to their rooms (no personal attention). When we got into the room we were met with an awful smelling room that had 2 beds instead of the king size bed we had reserved. The butler gave us the impression we would end up with a worse room if we changed. That was the only time we saw our butler until check out when he wanted his tip.

The facility was nice and the beach was awesome. While you can find drinks everywhere, getting them back to the room can be challenging. If your butler is good the trip will be amazing, if not good luck. for example we had the roof top jacuzzi so our group came over to our room to hang out, unfortunately we struggled to beer or drinks to the room the first 2 nights. In addition we booked in the adult section, but were place in the family section. Other than that it was an awesome place to visit and would return in a second...

The resort was superb! I have absolutely no complaints. All the staff was outstanding and always showed a willingness to help. They made my birthday one to remember with the cake, the singing and the drinks. I will be back soon. The food was good as well.

This was our first time in Punta Cana and our first time in Majestic Mirage. It is a beautiful resort. The room we stayed in was adults only, king suite with jacuzzi. The room was very clean, spacious and the lighting very romantic. The beach was absolutely beautiful. The service was exceptional. Upon arrival, the staff immediately greeted us with drinks and took us to the VIP lounge where we waited to check in. Our personal butler DeLeon helped us throughout our stay and answered all our questions and made our dinner reservations at the restaurants. The food was very good at all the restaurants. We really enjoyed the poolside and beachside drinks as well. The resort had live entertainment and shows every night. I was very happy to see all the staff wearing masks and following covid guidelines. We were able to get our covid test for free at the resort as well. Overall we are very happy and pleased with our stay at the resort. Defenitly recommened it to others and will return again.

Although the staff and quality of customer service is great we were very disappointed with the facilities. We did submit our complaints to the butler and he did what he could. On our 4th night we were in touch with our travel agent and told them about the unhappiness of our stay. The food was not very good the ice machines in our building were not working and the elevator service was spotty/on and off. Nothing was done about our complaints unfortunately and we were at the resort for 5 days. On multiple occasions our room service meals never showed up and multiple times we had to call about our air conditioning not working properly, the room was very hot and humid and it was uncomfortable to sleep in the bed and the furniture felt wet the whole time, the nicer restaurants that required reservations were all booked up already from the day we arrived according to our butler. For the price we paid we expected a quality experience not what we experienced.
