The property was very clean, and the hotel personnel were very friendly. The Altagracia from the Seaside Restaurant was amazing, and Juan, our butler, was very attentive. Super recommended

Pablo ,our butler , is an amazing man and goes out of his way to make sure our trips to the Mirage are always memorable. Only advice for the Majestic Mirage is to try an improve the food at the Italian Restaurant as the Italian food is very below average

We had a blast at this resort overall! We had the BEST butler, Candio, who went above & beyond when our kids sprung on him (the day of the 10th) that it was our anniversary. Came back to a fully decorated room, champagne/Oj, chocolate covered strawberries & a charcuterie plate! Swim up bar staff was amazing (Juan B, Daisy, Omar & many others). Only stressful time for us was check in & check out. We booked a stay for Aug 7-14 for our son & daughter’s graduations (2 rooms). Flights delayed us by one day due to weather, so we added a day at the end of the week via phone prior to our arrival & paid our 20% for the two rooms. This ended up being a HUGE headache upon check in/out. They were not able to credit us for the day we missed even though it was no fault of our own, which we accepted. But the confusion of the added day and what we had already paid versus owed took my husband about 2 hours to sort out. Oh and the sargassum on the beach was terrible. But I would definitely recommend this resort and would visit again

The stay was so amazing our butler Luis Bautista was so amazing. He was so attentive to our needs and made our stay so amazing. We will be going back to the Dominican Republic. Third time here and it was amazing as always. The only thing that we didn’t like was that the entertainment crew didn’t seem to be as upbeat and as engaging as in the past. They didn’t seem to recruit from the adult pool like in the past. Other than that amazing place and we will be returning
