This place is marvelous! We vacationed for my husband’s birthday and absolutely loved it! Our butler, Alvaro, was fantastic! He took great care of us and did so much to make our stay unforgettable. We will definitely request him as our butler next time. The resort is very clean and has everything you need - the beach is beautiful, food and drinks are plentiful and delicious, and the pool is pristine. In the evenings there is live music in the plaza, followed by a show in the theater. Both make for a delightful evening. We booked a swim-up suite, which we loved. We spent a lot of time in the Bali bed sipping a Majestic - their signature drink - which is delectable. A few steps away was Rafi in the Banana bar, who was great fun and make tasty drinks. We went to the Japanese restaurant for my husband’s birthday dinner and had a marvelous experience. The food was delicious and they made his dinner very special. We had a couples massage at the spa and it was just excellent! Israel gave me the best massage I’ve ever received. We will definitely do that again. The buffet always had something good, the Seaside is nice for breakfast and lunch, and we enjoyed the sports bar in the evening because they allow you to eat outside in the plaza and listen to the music. Ismael in the lobby bar is very sweet and made us Mama Juana. Try one when you visit. We will be talking about this vacation for a long time and are already planning to return next year. We loved it!

Amable helped us with everything we needed, always with a warm smile and impeccable professionalism. Staff & Service (10/10): The staff were absolutely incredible — friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Every interaction felt genuine, and the level of service was truly top-notch. Special thanks to Edith :) Room (10/10): The hotel room was outstanding — spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. Honestly, it’s probably the best room I’ve stayed in after visiting Punta Cana five times and staying at different resorts. Food (6/10): The buffet food was the biggest letdown. While everything was decent in quality, the variety was lacking. The menu stayed almost the same throughout the week, which got repetitive and a bit boring after a few days. Pools & Beach (8/10): The pools were beautiful and private, with excellent cabanas and great poolside service. The only downside was that most pool areas (around 70%) are adults-only, which limits options for families. Additionally, the pools are quite far from the beach, which can be inconvenient if you enjoy spending most of your day by the ocean. Bars & Drinks (9/10): The drinks were great, and the bartenders really know their craft. Plenty of options, good quality, and quick service at all the bars. Entertainment (7/10): The night shows were fun, but the performance area is located very close to the family section. The music goes on until late, making it difficult for kids to fall asleep before midnight.

The swim up bars we went to was in the adult club only pool! Sometimes had to wait for a bartender to come to the pool side of the bar because they were working the front bar as well. But was great!
