This place is marvelous! We vacationed for my husband’s birthday and absolutely loved it! Our butler, Alvaro, was fantastic! He took great care of us and did so much to make our stay unforgettable. We will definitely request him as our butler next time. The resort is very clean and has everything you need - the beach is beautiful, food and drinks are plentiful and delicious, and the pool is pristine. In the evenings there is live music in the plaza, followed by a show in the theater. Both make for a delightful evening. We booked a swim-up suite, which we loved. We spent a lot of time in the Bali bed sipping a Majestic - their signature drink - which is delectable. A few steps away was Rafi in the Banana bar, who was great fun and make tasty drinks. We went to the Japanese restaurant for my husband’s birthday dinner and had a marvelous experience. The food was delicious and they made his dinner very special. We had a couples massage at the spa and it was just excellent! Israel gave me the best massage I’ve ever received. We will definitely do that again. The buffet always had something good, the Seaside is nice for breakfast and lunch, and we enjoyed the sports bar in the evening because they allow you to eat outside in the plaza and listen to the music. Ismael in the lobby bar is very sweet and made us Mama Juana. Try one when you visit. We will be talking about this vacation for a long time and are already planning to return next year. We loved it!

The entire resort was spotless, not just my room! There was always someone cleaning all the time, everywhere! The all-inclusive amenities and choices were amazing. The staff was always friendly and happy, not just to help, but happy while on the job. I had the best vacation and would highly recommend to anyone!

The ocean side chairs and Bali beds were amazing. Beachside daily grilled food was the best! Hibachi, Italian, French and Steak house options were a great treat. Went with a group of 3 families, 8 adults and 5 kids, so many reservations had to be split. Often time the were able to seat us all near each other. Only thing odd was you could not take any left overs- the pizza was huge from the Italian restaurant and the kids wanted some for later but we were told no. My advice- book it!!

Stayed for 8 days with the family in December. I give 5 stars for the property , beach, pool and service , and 3 stars for the food. The food itself is ok, but there was a lot of flies on the food and in the dining area.

Everything about the stay was amazing! Fabio our butler was incredible and very helpful. Juan Bernando, Omar, and Fernando at the adults pool were wonderful as they’ve always been on our previous stays. This was my third stay and I’m sure I’ll be back many more times.

They assign a person to you only for any needs you had, the food was amazing with many options to choose from, we loved the small cafe stand at the entrance of the buffet restaurant every morning, our assigned person Amable was like his name very nice, professional, respectful, we have vacationed in Punta Cana about 5 times but this is the best hotel by far!
