Very nice and clean resort. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. We were assigned a gentleman, Javier, and he helped us all week long with whatever questions we had! Excellent experience!

We had such a fun time this week at Dreams Onyx! Our concierge Javier was astounding and helped us with everything we needed. We sure will miss it, we definitely will be coming back in the future!

Dreams is a very quiet resort which is not necessarily my thing when traveling. There wasn't a lot of music playing or activities that I could see. The grounds were very nice and my swim-out room was nice. The only complaint was my patio stayed wet/ slippery from the upstairs guests hanging their swim suits out to dry and the building drain system is also placed where the water spills onto the patio. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Dreams Onyx particularly because the staff (Javier Valdez) went above and beyond to help with any and everything I asked, including assisting someone else that traveled with us from another room. Javier was very professional yet personable. It helps when you know there's someone around who cares enough to want to make your stay pleasurable. Thank you, Javier!
