The room is really nice, the thermostat wasn’t working at first but the guest service fixed straight away. The service in the restaurant could be happier. The staff at the pool could be more joyful. The property is very nice and the pool. The room is clean & housekeeping clean the room very well. More option at the buffets would be great for more variety every night

The overall stay was good! Check in was great. Ricardo was our concierge and he did a fantastic job from day one up to the day we left. Richard checked on us everyday and ensure that we were comfortable and had what we needed to make our stay enjoyable. He was very responsive and attentive and a plus that he could speak English.The food was great. Restaurant needs to have their cutlery wrapped to prevent flies from landing on them prior to being used by guest. We had a few challenges at first; roof leak and AC not working in the room on night two, but we had our rooms changed. Rooms are dusty, moldy. And has roaches,Excellent entertainment at the resort. The staff could use some training in customer service which is lacking. We did not like the daily harassment from spa staff trying to sell you a spa package every day. We just wanted to relax and enjoy the time on vacation. We enjoyed dinner at the Asian restaurant with great service and very much disliked the Steak house restaurant. The food was terrible and I left without even getting my desert. I left dissatisfied and disappointed that night since I was celebrating my birthday, but the entertainment right outside the restaurant that night made up for it. We enjoyed the pizza place and the restaurant next to it. The entertainment at the hotel is unmatched and made up for all the inconveniences. The pool party, beach party, silent disco, Vagas night were some of the activities that we enjoyed.

I'm sorry I couldn't use the pool or the beach I was handicapped for a period of time however I enjoyed the the cleanliness of rooms a shout out to the housekeeper she did an excellent job and I would really pleased with her and she cleaned my room everyday the transportation around the areas was spot on I had no issues you called and they arrived take the way you need to go excellent my first time in punta Cana and it will not be my last we will return with more family members thank you for the hospitality

the buffet at the main restaurant was great had no issues planning to eat planning to drink and people don't come to punta Cana they make it a big mistake
