The buffets are terrible, they don’t clean the tables just pick up dirty dishes. The food is horrible most of what they serve is mystery food since nothing is labeled. The breakfast buffet at the seafood restaurant is open air which is nice however; the birds come in walking all over the fruit and breads taking bites from random pieces and staff does not care. No one speaks English making it very hard to communicate. Will never use this company resorts ever again!

Sink was clogged and no body even cares! AC was not working and every night we had to go to the front desk ask someone to fix it! Seems like they have a very old system and keep freezing the condenser, so it takes time to melting it out and restart the AC. Staff were polite and nice, pool and beach were awesome! Food was not bad, best variety of dessert & fruit!

Spectacular views from the balcony! Service at the royal level was terrific. Food presentation was wonderful, food was sub par for what we paid. Rooms were dated.
