It was nice overall but the dining options are limited, the best one is the steakhouse, the buffet food is just okay, entertainment is okay too but the sales talk when they are selling their membership is intense, it took about three hours because they even ate lunch w us and we kept going back and forth because we did not want it.

Pretty sure none of the drinks had alcohol in them no matter what I ordered.Very disappointed with the drinks. Staff was great!!location great!!! Resort great !!! Food was really good!!! Could you some updates in the rooms .Beds needs upgrades!!!

The beach, the pool, the staff - all fabulous. Ismael was our concierge, and he absolutely made our trip; 6/5 stars for HIM specifically. The buffet was great! Our only complaint was in the reservation systems - just a bit confusing and timing was weird for restaurants.

The hotel/rooms/ambience /pools were very good , beach area very good too especially the Volleyball net was very convenient, there was not enough umbrellas, you go by 7 am there is none , food wise ok choices , service was unacceptable , every time we go to eat there is no clean tables,therefore we finished up eating with no water , on top that no one asked you for a drink , I am not pointing out to the people who were working, but definitely need more stuff in order to get the service. There is only one coffee place opens 7am , every morning there was a big line, drinks bars the service was v good especially the bartender Juana Cruz was amazing , lovely attitude all the times.

Resort was clean and had a nice layout. There were frequent and dependable shuttles to take you around the property. Food was usually good, with one or two exceptions. Our first room was not nice, had a musty smell and was outdated. We upgraded the room and it was much better. The resort felt safe and was clean. Staff was nice and worked hard. Drinks were very weak at the pool and tiki bar. Much better at the night bars. Coffee shop was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was impressive. Entertainment was decent. I’d recommend.

What a beautiful place. Its very colourful during the day and very ambient at night. Beach was about under 10 min walk from our room. Lots of food options and entertainment. We really enjoyed the kids area. There's pool tables, table tennis, bowling, VR and a bunch more fun things to do. My daughter and I went there for her birthday. I asked One of the staff if they can have a cake ready with a candle. When the cake came it was a normal size cake. That's about 9 x9. It was pretty big. I was just expecting like a cupcake with a candle. Lol I did get charged for it after for $33 US dollars after. I wish I knew that. But but overall it was for my daughter's birthday. Our Expedia concierge booked my daughter and I for dinner by the beach. We had surf and turf. Food was delicious and the view was just stunning. There was also musician playing the saxophone. So much great things to say. Not enough room on here. The only issue we had Was when would take a shower, you can start to smell The sewage being backed up. It wasn't often only a few times. We didn't complain about it. We were just in the shower for a few minutes and then we're out so it wasn't much issue aside from that. Overall we loved every minute of our stay.

The Ocean Blue & Sand Beach Resort was beautiful with that authentic feel to it. It had 2 very nice size pools. The food was good with plenty of options. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only complaint is I wish they had more servers near the pools. They did have a swim up bar, but having servers would have been nice in the non privilege area. In all we had a great time and look forward to coming back again.

The beach & water was good. Food was cold. They promised that some will help with resturtant reservation etc. But no one did.we did not meet the person. The rooms were not made up all the time.

I have a very poor review of the property. I'm also suprises NO ONE was willing to help me. My room was hat the first night I got there, it was 81.5 degrees in the room. I called the operator, they sent a guy out, he said it was cold. I agreed the air coming out felt cold but it was still 80 degrees in the room. The next morning, I went to the front desk and told them the story. They said don't worry about it, they'll take car of it. Later on that day, they sent a guy to the room and he stated that it was fixed last night and I shouldn't have a problem. I asked him if he was sure about that, he said yes. Now, the next time I went, they said someone one would fix it within the hour. I went back to the room an hour later, it was 79 degrees. I then when to the front desk for the 4th time. This lady gave me the what's app number of the expedia representive. It took about 6 hours to get me a different room, without a view. So, I had 3 night of very little sleep due to the heat. I can't believe that I had to complain 4 times to get something done. I can't imagine, someone that gets to go on vacation for the first time in years. Saving for years and this is what they got.
