The resort was very nice. Although the pool closed at 6:30 and there is no hot tub. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was you may be waiting awhile for water because they don’t have to self serve. Decent food and decent drinks.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and the food was amazing. Francis was our favorite bartender - always smiling and he remembered what we wanted to drink every time. He's awesome! The room was cleaned as we requested it be. Everything was perfect! We'll definitely go back!

Nice property. When you get there they give you a mimosa. My room was clean. They kept the property clean and the pool clean. White sand beach was beautiful also. Only problem i had was that once we checked in a lady was waiting and since thos was pur first day here she wanted to setup a special breakfast and give a complimentary gift. Come to find out it wad a presentation to get us to buy i to the the property like a timeshare but you get to book anytime you want. If she wouldnhave said that feom the beginning i wouldnt have went. Even though we said no they continued to try to talk us into buying. Took most of the day. I didnt like that. Food was ok. Really liked the mexican restaurant. Activities on the resort, gym open all day. Not a bad resort to stay.

I really liked the property but I don’t think I got anything special for platinum level of Expedia. Never received the bottle of spirits and no bathrobe. However we had a nice room. Check in was NOT the same as last time when I was only gold. We didn’t receive pool towel tickets and the 70$ tickets were just pushed to me and the man said “you scan”. Also room not ready. We did have a great time though.

Pros: The resort is constantly being cleaned, and the staff are very polite. The girl serving ice cream is the best! The coffee shop was one of our favorite spots — great selection and delicious options. Cons: We booked a room with a pool view; however, because one pool was closed for renovation, our view was mostly of construction. We asked to move to another room for that reason. Due to the pool closure, the main pool was often crowded, and it was difficult to find available seats. The beach is amazing; however, one day they were fixing the swim buoys and closed the beach for the entire day — we couldn’t swim at all. They also don’t have a plan for rainy days. Most activities happen around the pool, so if it rains, the only entertainment is at night. During the day, there’s basically nothing to do. We were there for two rainy days with no kids and had no organized activities available. You can play pool or tennis in the family lounge, but that’s about it. The staff also weren’t very proactive in encouraging guests to join activities — for example, the 10 AM daily stretching never happened once during the week. We will try another resort next time.

Everything was great. We had a great time, the food was delicious. They just need to improve the attractions. One of the pools was closed for maintenance, and the Jacuzzis didn't have the heater on.

Loved how clean the property and rooms are. This is our 3rd resort here in Punta Cana and this was the cleanest. The only complaint we had is that we were not made aware that the big pool would be closed for our stay and one of our rooms had an upgrade to pool view and the view was of an empty pool under construction. We still had fun in the other pool and enjoyed the food and drinks.

The resort has some pros and cons. But in my opinion the cost-benefit ratio is not favorable. The pros: The rooms are very clean, well kept and spacious, bathroom is ok. The pool is wonderful and the beach very clean. The coffeshop is very good as well as the icecream kiosk Cons: The staff is not exactly good at providing information. Like the need for cards for beach towels (I got none at check in). Or how to book the restaurants. The resort has 5 tematic restaurants. You need a reservation for two of them: the steakhouse and the Japanese. I was not able to book a table at the steakhouse (I stayed there for a week) despite having tried a lot. The walk inn ones, usually had a long waiting time. The self service buffet restaurant, may be crowded, and difficult to find a table. in some occasions the air conditioning was not working at some areas and very hot. Beef was rarely offered and one hour before closing time some food options were not replenished. The existence of a superior class of guests, called privillege, also seemed strange and at the very least uncomfortable to me. In conclusion, the resort is ok, but the cost-benefit ratio is not good. I would not pick this hotel again
