The resort was very nice. Although the pool closed at 6:30 and there is no hot tub. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was you may be waiting awhile for water because they don’t have to self serve. Decent food and decent drinks.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and the food was amazing. Francis was our favorite bartender - always smiling and he remembered what we wanted to drink every time. He's awesome! The room was cleaned as we requested it be. Everything was perfect! We'll definitely go back!

Nice property. When you get there they give you a mimosa. My room was clean. They kept the property clean and the pool clean. White sand beach was beautiful also. Only problem i had was that once we checked in a lady was waiting and since thos was pur first day here she wanted to setup a special breakfast and give a complimentary gift. Come to find out it wad a presentation to get us to buy i to the the property like a timeshare but you get to book anytime you want. If she wouldnhave said that feom the beginning i wouldnt have went. Even though we said no they continued to try to talk us into buying. Took most of the day. I didnt like that. Food was ok. Really liked the mexican restaurant. Activities on the resort, gym open all day. Not a bad resort to stay.

My Son and I love everything about Ocean Blue. We really enjoyed the yummy buffet , clean comfortable beds, game room and the nicest staff especially the girl that was charge of the ice cream . We had a fun and relaxing vacation.

Greetings, in reality the experience was not the best, the activities are like for older people, problems with filling the refrigerators in each room plus the pools close very early, for children there is not much fun, plus we were served by a Francisco and an Eduardo who wanted to sell us a travel club, anyway we lost 2 hours of our time listening to them talk about whether they are better than Expidia

I made lots of friends during my stay. Very friendly and happy people positive environment and full of energy Resort. The staff focuses on entertainment so every minute is an absolute blast. And the fun continues during the night. The food was incredibly delicious I highly recommend stopping by the Pasta Restaurant and requesting Salvador by name, he will make the best pasta you ever had and deliver it to you with a big smile. In the buffet I cherish my most precious moments as I made more friends with Ruth, Hector & Miguel that decorated tables for my fiancee and I for our anniversary. That so very touching. Thank you for the best memories of our life. My fiancee and I plan on returning with our parents so they can also experience the same experiences we expressed with so much excitement. We honestly didn’t want to leave. And left with heavy hearts after making so many friends. This is a safe place with many restaurant options and activities such as bowling, baseball batting cage, pool table, theatre, night club, and casino ALL INSIDE THE RESORT, food served near the BEACH and another closer to the POOLS. I just absolutely fell in the work place HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We stayed for 10 days. CONS - Its a older hotel had one of the 2 pools completely closed off for repairs, Only about 1-2 restaurants open per night due to “offseason” , the food at the restaurant and the buffet were honestly bad - the buffet never changed up their food it was same things every single day. limited entertainment like shows maybe had about 3 shows in the time we were there and 2 of them were the exact same show. PROS pretty clean rooms and room service did a good job every day cleaning up, giving new towels and providing more waterbottles. Beach was nice and upkept daily with the seagrassum coming in.

Beautiful property but not good costumer service including room service and the main buffet was horrible. Never any clean tables weather breakfast lunch or dinner my family had to clean off tables to sit. Half tables were empty but never cleaned.
