The resort was very nice. Although the pool closed at 6:30 and there is no hot tub. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was you may be waiting awhile for water because they don’t have to self serve. Decent food and decent drinks.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and the food was amazing. Francis was our favorite bartender - always smiling and he remembered what we wanted to drink every time. He's awesome! The room was cleaned as we requested it be. Everything was perfect! We'll definitely go back!

Nice property. When you get there they give you a mimosa. My room was clean. They kept the property clean and the pool clean. White sand beach was beautiful also. Only problem i had was that once we checked in a lady was waiting and since thos was pur first day here she wanted to setup a special breakfast and give a complimentary gift. Come to find out it wad a presentation to get us to buy i to the the property like a timeshare but you get to book anytime you want. If she wouldnhave said that feom the beginning i wouldnt have went. Even though we said no they continued to try to talk us into buying. Took most of the day. I didnt like that. Food was ok. Really liked the mexican restaurant. Activities on the resort, gym open all day. Not a bad resort to stay.

For starters, the bathroom door didn’t even close. Also the AC was malfunctioning in the room. We told staff and they ignored us. The first day they upgraded us to a different room, which also had some plumbing issues. Staff was not nice or pleasant to assist us and when we spoke to the supervisor, Nelson, he showed no empathy for our situation. We will never stay at this hotel again nor would we recommend it.

This resort is so close to perfect with one glaring exception - the food. Very few items on the buffets or in the restaurants were served anywhere near hot, and the last thing you want is tummy problems from a seafood stew not kept at a safe temperature (and at the pool, I heard numerous guests mention a partner in the room sick or being sick themselves). The food itself was varied, but very average to bland and there wasn't enough fresh seafood on offer. Pizza and pasta were present for the kids at every meal, and the buffets had theme nights but good, fresh seafood was sadly lacking. The air-conditioned spaces were cool and comfortable, but the larger open areas would benefit from overhead fans to move the air. The bars were numerous and the frozen drinks were plentiful and varied. The pools were amazing and so large that guests could use floaties. The beach was great with fabulous cabanas for the Privelege Club guests. I'd definitely recommend going for the Privelege option - better lounge chairs, and a food and drink service both on the beach and by the pool. There were life guards and security on the beach and at the pool. Our "suite" was nice but nothing different than any normal hotel room. Did I have a great time? Yes. Did I avoid eating things I wanted to because of food safety questions? Yes. Would I go back? I don't know. I can get over uninspired tasting food, but jeez, I don't know where the kitchens were, but from the food temps, offsite would be my guess.

Pleasantly surprised by this last minute, very budget friendly vacation. Beautiful, clean and spacious room, lots of restaurants to choose from, and no reservations needed. There were 2 restaurants that required reservations, but you can easily do that via an app. The beach and pool were very nice and there were plenty of bars. Food was really good! Close to the airport. Overall 10/10.

Rooms and all areas clean. Amenities ok. Staff, not ver nice. Very discriminative for people with prime privilege membership ( nicer ) than a regular travel. Impatients to give instructions. Some people were nice, but the mayority not. Most of the restaurants closed at the same time. Japanese restaurant not so good. Very loud. Servers in the big buffet restaurant El Carey, not pending to clean tables, either to serving and refilling coffee. Same in the beach restaurant. The entertainment like bowling, billiard tables, archery and ball shots, just open after 5pm and 7pm respectevely. The coffee shop, serves good expresso coffee and cakes. I probably will not come back to this resort.
