The resort was very nice. Although the pool closed at 6:30 and there is no hot tub. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was you may be waiting awhile for water because they don’t have to self serve. Decent food and decent drinks.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and the food was amazing. Francis was our favorite bartender - always smiling and he remembered what we wanted to drink every time. He's awesome! The room was cleaned as we requested it be. Everything was perfect! We'll definitely go back!

habitaciones muy limpias. Tuvimos problemas con un aire acondicionado que no enfriaba en una de las habitaciones pero las otras estaban excelente. Staff en el area privilege de la piscina y la playa excelente servicio. Al mayordomo nunca lo vimos y mantenimiento solo apareció la ultima noche a pesar que les llamamos el segundo dia. Los restaurantes con un servicio muy bueno pero la calidad y variedad de la comida en el buffet fue muy pobre en almuerzo y comida. Desayuno excelente. Villa Marina fue terrible todas las veces q la visitamos. Equipo de animación activo y entretenido. En general disfrutamos las vacaciones y nos sentimos bien atendidos. Mil estrellas al personal y cero para la administración. Hermoso lugar pero no regresaría di no cambia el manejo.

For the price I paid it was a great deal! Food was really good and the views were nice too. Rooms could use some updating as well as a few other things around the resort. And we did not appreciate losing 4 hours of our vacation to a timeshare scam presentation, but otherwise it was a very nice place to stay.

All the staff were so pleasant . At the reception Jose Angel when above & beyond to help me resolve and personal issue, The manager Julio Francis was very helpful too. Angela at the buffet very good service we were 12 people and she help us always with a big smile. Yerica at the juice- she made a juice for me that’s was not available in the men but she said give a minute I will make it for you. my Family and I definitely going back to this Hotel next year with that Excellent service that we received. The person that is in charge of making sure we received a good service in this hotel is doing an excellent job. I love everything about this Hotel .

10/10 across the board for service, ammenities offered, cleanliness of our room and all facilities. Staff was helpful, polite and a lot of fun to deal with. We were incredibly happy with our dining experiences. The quality and variety of dishes were wonderful. Our favourite restaurant was definitely Sensai, not only was the food delicious but the entertainment that came with it was amazing.
