This brand new spacious one bedroom, two bathroom condo is on the third floor, with a great view down the center of the community to the ocean. The owners have equipped to the highest of standards, and the decor is modern, and bright, with a definite beach feel. Lots of attention to detail.
This is one of the few condos which benefits from a completely private balcony, which also looks over the first pool area.
The balcony is huge! Not only is there plenty of room to invite your new friends over, it is equipped with an large stainless gas grill, dining area, seating, and that all important drinks cart. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunsets and the ocean breeze
This condo is new to our rental portfolio - and it will be a favorite
Housekeeping is not included in the rental price
But we can offer you a cleaning service dependent on our work schedule. Electric is charged separately and you pay your full usage at check out. Short term renters may not have guests that were not part of the original booking

Fantastic Service

Apartment was clean and well stocked with sheets, towels and kitchen accessories. Balcony amazing size and great view. Location is very short walk to restaurants and groceries. Walk to beach is good and TOC bar has a nice menu. Beach area is clean and service very good. Liz is very pleasant and makes sure any issue you might have is resolved immediately, if possible. She truly wants you to enjoy your stay! Thanks so much Liz!

Relaxing vacation

This was our 2nd stay at Playa Turquesa in P-303. We greatly enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised to find the weather perfect, not too hot in late May/June. Our previous visit was in December. We enjoyed the upgrades in the condo's bathrooms with all glass enclosures. Keyless entry was also very convenient. Everything was neat & clean. Some new finds on this trip: the beach restaurant opened & serves the best burgers for lunch, "t.o.c. burger." Balicana relocated right next door on the beach & offers a beautiful view while dining with your bare feet in the sand. We enjoyed their Thai entrees, but they also offer American fare as well. Citrus remains our favorite restaurant, excellent quality, good value. We found the restaurants in the immediate vicinity to have the best food at the best prices. DeAngelos down the street has great Italian food. Playa Turquesa has the best beachfront in the area as well. You have plenty of personal space, whereas many of the other resorts have much more crowded beachfronts. Pools are also uncrowded & quiet. The staff keeps the common areas very clean. Overall, a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

Wonderful condo, great area!

We can't say enough good things about our stay in the condo at Playa Turquesa. The condo was tastefully furnished, very clean, & very comfortable. Mattress was very comfy. So was leather sofa & patio chairs. There were always plenty of lounge chairs available by the pool and on the beach with nice cushions too. It was nice not having to race out and claim your spot on the beach or by the pool. Even during the busy Christmas season, it didn't feel crowded. The grounds were clean and well-maintained, & we enjoyed walking down to the beach & around the complex after dinner. 24-hour guards at beach & street entrances. We felt safe in & around the complex, including walking to restaurants. Water dispenser in the condo was nice. Easy refill delivered too. Liz is absolutely lovely! Not only did she promptly reply to all my questions, both before & during our visit, but her warm personality just made us feel at home. She lives on-site and knows the area well, so she was very helpful in getting us acquainted with the area & suggesting restaurants, etc. She arranged for our airport pickup & dropoff with Alex, who was also very friendly & helpful. Julie, who works in the lobby area, was awesome in arranging for parasailing (with a fully insured company) and offering plenty of suggestions for dining, etc. About the area: we were so impressed by the restaurants within easy walking distance. A few feet away, we enjoyed Citrus & Amo for dinner, and Dahlia's, along with Kat's Korner & the French bakery, both across the street, for breakfast & lunch. We also took short walks to Balicana, D'Angelo's, and Pastratas for dinner. I cannot say enough about the food here! We can be fussy about food, and the quality and taste here surpassed our expectations. WAY surpassed anything I've had in an all-inclusive resort. Prices were VERY reasonable -usually about $30-35 US for dinner for two (without alcoholic drinks). And there were so many great restaurants that we never got bored. We thought we might do some cooking, but to be honest, the restaurants were so good, so close, & so reasonably priced, that I just gave myself a cooking-free holiday! ...Oh, & don't miss the $1/50-peso fresh juices at either juice stand across the street. Pineapple/banana is excellent. We get bored after a few days at a resort or hotel, but we had such a sense of adventure here & really felt like part of a community. Definitely recommend! --Tina & Ron

Perfect Punta Cana Condo

We were lucky to be the first vacationers to have the privilege to stay in Playa Turquesa P-303. We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this well appointed apartment. The owners have thought of everything you might need - modern furnishings, well equipped kitchen and barbeque, comfortable dining on the patio and top of the line cable TV selections (great for us to follow the Tour de France live). It also has a washer/dryer and laundry line and a safe. It is nicely decorated - we could have stayed for weeks! Our favorite spot was the patio - it's completely private with a nice view of the sea and the best part is that is always shaded and breezy. The owners manual provided us with tips for getting around, suggestions for shops and restaurants, and recommendations for activities. Playa Turquesa was a great spot for our first visit to Punta Cana. On the patio, it's quiet and relaxing but if you want to experience local culture, excellent dining or shopping you're just steps away from everything. The property is well maintained, the pools were cool and clean, and the beach was kept clear of seaweed daily. At the beach there is a covered area with lounge chairs, a beach bar with lunch service from the Citrus restaurant, and the warm waters of the Caribbean sea for floating, snorkeling and all kinds of water sports. Everyone there, from the front desk staff to the security team were friendly and always helpful. Liz met us right on time when we arrived and had us setup and ready to relax in no time. We were looking for a place where we could both experience the Dominican culture and get some much needed downtime, and we found both here. There is no need to isolate yourself in an all inclusive resort - I recommend taking this apartment and exploring on your own to find all the delights of the Bavaro beach area.
