At first I wanted to give it 3 stars for being a friendly "airbnb" but after a checkout and paying $100usd penalty for lost bracelet of the 7 yr old got me very upset with the policy. The rooms are dirty, needed to pay $25 each time for the room service extra! Again this is not a hotel service. THIS IS AIRBNB. You have one japanese menu every day for the dinner so of you stay for 2 weeks you can answer yourself. Staff barely speaks English, charge extra with no reason for ordered food. Waiting 45 min for a dinner is a normal waiting time. One credit card machine at the restaurant that breaks all the time and they ask you to pull out money from the ATM... This place used to be a 4 star for me but now I'll definitely not come back.... Finally, yes, the management actually hides in the corners ...

Water went out. Power went out no generator! Food terrible. Staff good except for front desk. Too much harassment to buy vacation club membership. Never again!

Nice

Truly enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious room with roof top view. Beautiful pools, decor, and vibes. Nice tiki bar and outdoor furniture. Buffet nice. Reservations for the two different restaurants on resort is a joke. Service okay. Beware of fake Bruno Mars in kahki shirts. Ther appears during breakfast and lunch. There joke is to get you into the glass office by the pool. They call it the "welcome package." We kept saying no, but was eventually hunted down. We still refused once in. We just wanted to relax and enjoy their country. Enjoy our honeymoon. Enjoyed the food and entertainment.

I would recommend doing the spa they have. It was amazing. It felt like I was in a totally different atmosphere. After we were done they gave us a goodie bag with some massage oil, body wash and a body scrub. I loved it. I would do it again if I had enough time. I spent most of my time tanning at the beach. Every night they put on a show and get everyone involved which was fun. You will eventually become friends with rh entertainment group cause they're so funny. They just want you to have a good time.

LUXURY ON THE BEACH

Pros: THE CONDOS ON THE BEACH AND SERVERS.
Cons: ELEVATORS,FRONT LOBBT STAFF, POWER OUTAGES, NO LAUNDRY FACILITY.
Location: NOT MUCH TO DO NEARBY BY OTHER THAN THE COCO BONGO NIGHTCLUB/SHOW AND MALL BUT THEY HAVE TOURS THAT CAN BE BOOKED.
THIS RESORT WAS UPSCALE AND BEAUTIFUL!!!! THEY UPGRADED OUR ROOM TO A 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOM CONDO AS A SURPRISE :) MY ONLY COMPLAINTS ARE THERE IS NO WIFI IN CONDOS,CHARGE$15 PER DAY FOR ROOM WIFI AND $1 LOCAL CALL,$10 INTERNATIONAL CALLS. THE ELEVATORS ARE SMALL, NO LUNDRY FACILITY,LOBBY STAFF WERE SNOBBY AND HAD ATTITUDES, THEY KEPT FORCING TIME SHARES AND OTHER SERVICES ON US AND THE POWER AT THE RESORT WENT OUT 3 TIMES... OTHER THAN THESE MINOR THINGS IT WAS A SPACIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!! THE WORKERS ARE POLITE AND TREATED US LIKE ROYALTY!!! HOWEVER, TOWARDS THE LAST FEW DAYS OF OUR VACATION HOUSEKEEPING GOT LAZY AND WOULD NOT CLEAN OUR CONDO AS REQUESTED TO FRONT/LOBBY DESK STAFF.

Nice, small resort.

Pros: I liked the free upgrade. Their resturants were great and the staff was super friendly and enjoyable to be around. Like it was small and easy.
Cons: Buffet food needs work. I also didn't like being forced to sit through a speech about buying a time share. Casino is not free!
Location: Beach was beautiful. Lobby offered tons of activities. I reccomend the dolphin swimming!
Room: Was upgraded without asking. Big penthouse - private roof top. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living/dining area. Was beautiful. Bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable. Felt like the bathroom shower was going to overflow sometimes and did. Beach/Pool: Very beautiful, private, and small. Instead of chairs they have beds and lounge chairs already placed. Staff brings towels and constant food and drinks can be ordered. Two free form pools between buildings. Lobby: No gift shop or snack area. They have some guys selling jewlery and pictures. They HOUND you, try to avoid them. They watch you come by on the cart when they give you the initial tour and then spot you going to the beach and will harrass you into buying something. LATER one of the guys actually asked my boyfriend for his SHOES, saying we can afford them and he can't. Like what!? I reported it to the lobby. Entertainment: Nightly entertainment. We didn't watch much since we went to bed early but the circus show was great. Typically have a movie on right around dinner before the entertaiment for kids. They also have a kids area for them to play in near the pool. Didn't like that they have a casino and sports bar that isn't part of the resort. Food: 3 resturants that were great. Buffet food - eh. Eatable but could do better. Buffet changes nightly which was cool. Overall: Nice resort. Not really for singles or couples.Relaxing and small.
