No hot water or air for 2 days. Complained and was told it probably wouldn't work but thank you. No hand towels in room. Food was better on the family side than the adult side. No waitresses you always had to go the bar. The seaweed was awful and there were piles. They decided to get some up the night of the all white party as people were at the location and the smell was atrocious. Seaweed can be very toxic. No one seemed to care we were there. I enjoyed the rooftop bar which should have been on the adult side. I would have asked for a refund for the seaweed. No good customer service, we felt like a burden to ask for anything because there was no sense of urgency. I go on vacation to enjoy the beach but only 1 good day because of the seaweed. Would not recommend and I would like a partial refund honestly.

Ok. The property was very nice, lawn maintenance and grounds were very clean. However, the rooms are a little dated and could use a decor redesign. We had no hot water or cold air in the room the first two days. Went to the front desk and was told we can't promise either will work. If you want quiet and boring, this is the place. The entertainment is so mediocre nothing fancy or exciting. The family side was more entertaining because of the rooftop bar. No waitress ever seen onsite until the weekend. Most importantly, let's not forget the seaweed and the fact they bulldozed during a late night event and the smell was atrocious. This should have been done in the day time while the beach was empty. Out of 6 days, we only had 1 good day at the beach why because of the piles of seaweed. The staff really didn't care if we were comfortable or not. They were so unbothered TIPS didn't matter but oh how they begged on the beach with the piles of seaweed. I do not recommend Princess.

The staff is amazing. Tealky makes the trip enjoyable. José Lajara runs Le Petite Fondue. He is the best! Totally recommend looking him up while at property. Fun pool location with bar service. Beach is clean and lots of lounge chairs. Rooms could use a refresh but not bad overall. We have been here 5 times.

Overall had a great time at this resort, but some of the wait times were a little over-the-top. I felt we were "ignored" many times whether it was waiting at the bar or waiting for our food in the restaurants. One night I practically had to plead for our food to be brought out. We decided to just eat at the buffet our last night so we would not be disappointed. It would be fine to do that every night as the selection is very good. In the end I would ABSOLUTELY come here again, so nothing in my review would prevent us from coming back.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make sure you have a good time there and are cheerful. The property is clean and peaceful. The activities are okay. The beach is very beautiful exactly like the photos. There will be various people trying to sell you excursions, gift items , bracelets and so on. Kindly say no if you feel bothered and they will leave you. The food is mostly great. RIO GRANDE steak house is the best restaurant, try their fresh salsa and nachos, aztec soup and fajitas. The pool side bar is the best, the bartender is amazing. You get free access to 2 neighbouring resorts. Make sure to eat ice cream at the next resort. Always tip the staff for your meals and drinks, they work hard and will take extra care of you. Carry US dollars to tip. You can exchange big bills for small ones at reception. Your room might have a jacuzzi hot tub, its awesome. You can also go to casino, just go to reception, they will give you free ride. The neighborhood resort has snooker , table tennis and archery. Every thing including buffet, all restaurants, drinks are unlimited and free. If you like quiet than go for princess punta cana. If you are with kids you can book the princess bavaro, they are both connected.

We had an amazing stay at Punta Cana Princess Adults Only - All Inclusive! The beach was gorgeous, the staff was friendly, and the entertainment team kept the vibe fun all day. The highlight was the surprise birthday setup they arranged in our room — complete with balloons. It made the trip extra special. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the à la carte restaurants were great (especially the Italian). A few small hiccups like patchy Wi-Fi, but overall, highly recommended!
