"Logement spacieux. Pas d''eau potable (non mentionné dans l''annonce. Le séjour aurait pu être agréable si les chiens du voisinage n''aboyaient pas de jour comme de nuit. En fin de journée l''apéritif ne sera pas pris sur la terrasse, mais à l''intérieur, vitres fermées. Et pour bien dormir, n''oubliez pas vos bouchons d''oreilles. Aucun commerce à proximité, voiture indispensable."

Cómodo apartamento con to...
Cómodo apartamento con todas las facilidades, en un ambiente agradable y tranquilo. Ideal para pasar vacaciones en familia. Necesita un automóvil para trasladarse, ya que se encuentra lejos de la playa y de comercios. Es clave reclamar una tarjeta de visitante del complejo para poder ingresar a la playa “White Sands” que es la más cercana ( 2 km.) y de acceso restringido, de lo contrario la opción más cercana es El Cortecito de acceso público y a unos 5 km. de distancia.
Pros:
-Comodidades (potente aire acondicionado, lavarropas, secarropas y todo lo indicado por el propietario)
-Amplio balcón muy disfrutable para estar y comer.
-Amplios espacios tanto en el apartamento con en las zonas comunes del complejo
-Precio conveniente
-Hermosa piscina y gimnasio
-Tranquilidad
Cons.:
-Carece de elevador y está en el piso 3 (se deben subir dos niveles)
-Apartado de la zona comercial
-Algunos artefactos necesitan pequeñas reparaciones.
-Suciedad en algunas partes porque la limpieza no es obligatoria.
-No tiene wi-fi aunque el propietario está tramitando su instalación.

"Appartement confortable et propre. Résidence calme et agréable. Non loin de la plage, environ 800m. Se situe à environ 500m de la plaza bavaro. J'ai passé un excellent séjour"
