Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for a week. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the food and drinks are really good. Superior to all the other All inclusive we had stayed not only in DR. The only thing we didn't like is the staff. They are not rude but you have to be constantly asking for service. They can walk by your table and notice you need a drink for example, and they won't take the initiative of offering you something until you ask. Then they will take forever get it. I had to get up and get my own drinks all the time, and I wouldn't mind if i notice they were super busy or were under staff but there were LOTS of waitresses just standing there. 🌴 Absolutely Incredible Birthday Getaway! 100/100! 🌴 I recently celebrated my birthday at this resort, and it was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, the experience exceeded every expectation. The bartender Andres at the Koi restaurant made sure my family and I had a good time and always had a drink in our hands. Chef Joan and Señor Narciso went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration unforgettable — their attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel so special. The vibe at the pool was always full of fun and energy thanks to Piña Colada, who kept everyone entertained and smiling all day long. The entertainment, music, and great atmosphere made it impossible not to have a good time! The customer service throughout the resort was phenomenal — everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure guests were happy. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Every meal felt like a five-star dining experience. A rating of 10/10 doesn’t even come close — this place deserves a 100/100! The resort is breathtaking, the staff is exceptional, and I’m already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect getaway! 💖🌞

Pools looked clean and well maintained but I don’t normally go into pools. I stayed in the ocean and they did their best to clean up the seaweed. Air conditioning is really good! Our room was always cold. Food options are buffet style. And you can book at restaurants at night time and food there is good. The servers are working all day, trying their best so be kind! We were there for 6 days and saw them all them time serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything was great! The only thing I noticed this visit was there wasn’t as much entertainment or activities to do on the adult side.

The staff was absolutely warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to show their Caribbean hospitality. Julissa from the Elite Lounge was excellent. We didn’t initially get offered the room upgrade. However, Julissa later personally came to our room to offer us an upgrade: a room with a swim-out pool. Unfortunately, we refused the upgrade because our room had a great view of the resort. We had a great time and would recommend this resort to family and friends. We will also be returning soon in the near future. We had an awesome !

It is a quiet and simple all-inclusive resort. The workers work hard and are very friendly!!! I had a personal incident where a man walked into my room at 10 pm on my first night. The infrastructure of the facility is very poorly designed. The doors are dented, there are no peepholes, and you can't lock the door. Also, the Asian restaurant are horrible. Also, they ask for food allergies but when you ask them to remove the nuts from the menu, they don't remove it! From the personal incident, they moved me where the door locks properly but as you walk around the facilities, you can see how it is very poorly designed and use of cheap supplies.

It’s a beautifully decorated hotel with a charming atmosphere, and the view from the sunset bar was absolutely stunning. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The room had plenty of storage space, and the bathroom facilities were clean and great. The only one thing a bit disappointing is that the evening entertainment shows were not very diverse and not sufficient. was not enough..

El hotel es muy lindo , pero hubieron muchos inconvenientes. Esperamos 3 horas para la cena Se acabo la carne, la cocina cerro, el staff no sabian donde quedaban los restaurantes. No hay ambiente de adultos , falta recreacion, concursos , shows , el calor en los restaurants es insoportable. Fui pero mo volvere . No lo recomiendo.
