Rooms were cleaned daily. The food was very disappointing. We came on vacation but our first day the constant hassle about time share was very overwhelming tbh. The excursions I enjoyed.

The resort itself was nice and enjoyable. However, you WILL be disappointed if you believe the food will be good. I will never understand why such rich cultured countries with delicious food forces themselves to cook American food... The only time the food was phenomenal was the Dominican night event. Now THAT was food. Resorts that mainly focus on American theme food will always disappoint in my opinion.

Rooms were okay small details were over looked. Rooms were clean enough not that great though. Staffs could be more energetic, definitely some were more energetic and happy than others. Pools, beach were great nothing to say. Drinks could be more consistent in like the amount of alcohol, presentation, etc. Food was good, some definitely stand out. Would recommend if you can get a good deal, but would not pay top dollar.

I hated this hotel. I’ve been to all inclusives all over the world. None of them are perfect but I never have issues. This one? Avoid. TERRIBLE service. Workers have an attitude problem and give off the impression that they can’t be bothered to help with anything.

My wife, her friend and I had a great time at Serenade Adults Only all inclusive. The only real problem was trying to get reservations for some of their speciality restaurants, but the management helped us to make reservations. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend going there.

Our experience at Serenade All Suites was far from the luxury stay advertised. From broken amenities to dismissive service, it was a constant struggle. Maintenance Failures: Our toilet stopped working, the room smelled of mildew, and the TV was broken. Our room keys deactivated three times; the manager's excuse was that they "reset every three days," which is a ridiculous inconvenience for long-term guests. Ruined Birthday: I paid for a specific birthday setup (green/white). They used the wrong colors (yellow/gold) and set it up hours before the 3 PM start time, completely spoiling the surprise. Management was incredibly rude about it, mocking the idea that an early cake ruins a surprise. Service & Housekeeping: Despite daily requests, our room was never cleaned on time. Furthermore, the resort app caps dining reservations at two, forcing you to waste time begging staff for more. The Only Positive: Almost every manager dismissed us. The only person who cared was Yoselin Ramirez. She was sweet, professional, and the only reason we felt heard. Thank you Yoselin! You truly are the best!

Everything at Serenades Adult was great. Little bit of seaweed, but not overwhelming. Food was decent, (the sushi and steakhouse we enjoyed) rooms were very large. (Had a ground floor ocean view with private pool). 2 pool areas, 1 with more of a party vibe, another more relaxing. Beach early in the am was great. Recommend getting up early (before 8a) to claim your beach spots. Great morning sunrises! Staff was friendly to us and accommodating with anything we asked. Well worth it, would recommend and go back again.

Stayed 5 nights. First 3 days/nights were good. On the 4th day I had to put in multiple maintenance requests for the ceiling leaking water, ceiling falling apart, and the front door not shutting and/or locking properly. After maintenance completed the request and “fixed the door” it was still broken. You had to physically slam the door shut using a decent amount of strength. The maintenance crew member shows me this and I understood. However, when housekeeping would enter the room, they were unaware after they left my room they had to “slam the door hard” as the maintenance guy had mentioned to me resulting in my door being open and unlocked for anyone to come in and go as they please. Some petty cash was stolen out of my room in result to this.

Overall the resort was nice. There were three (3) good size pool areas and a decent beach space, however they needed more chairs, if you weren’t out there by 8 am you weren’t getting a chair. The pool closest to the beach had a few issues: there was a 8” hole (surfacing chipping away) and a hot tub area that didn’t work. The swim up pool room was nicely decorated and the pool was a decent size. Housekeeping was sporadic

It’s a very nice resort and a beautiful location on the ocean front. The resort was clean and had plenty of options for activities, restaurants and bars. It was a good value for an all inclusive resort.

The resort was beautiful, clean and well-maintained. The service we received from check in onward was professional and helpful. We had access to the family-friendly side of the resort as well which provided many options for swimming, relaxing, bars and restaurants. The entertainment staff were enthusiastic, the poolside and piano bar staff were excellent. We enjoyed our meals at each restaurant we visited and a few room service breakfasts. There was an app to organize events and dining reservations, which was at times vague in locations of the activities or difficult to navigate. We otherwise enjoyed our stay
