The resort itself was decent. The rooms and facility were clean and well kept. I rated it a 4 star because the food was fair and rather plain. The street approaching the resort did not look safe.

Honestly the resort wasn’t terrible. After reading all of the terrible reviews I would say most people are quite picky and expected a 5 star resort when you do get what you pay for. I thought the resort itself was fine. Staff, a bit rude but a few odd staff members that are friendly and go above and beyond. Food wasn’t anything special but I wouldn’t say it was terrible or inedible. The restaurants were by far the best especially Italian and Japanese. Over all was a good relaxing time and I didn’t expect it to be a 5+ star experience.

The super clean room, the staff very ate to and willing to help in everything possible to your needs, and the balcony a spectacular view.. As for the air conditioning of the excellence room, I think there is a lack of fan in the sport bar in the coffee area and more entertainment both day and night

This resort was wonderful, the staff was awesome especially Carlos A. he was very friendly, helpful and kind!! This was one of the cleanest properties I’ve stayed at! Great job to the crew! The buildings can use some upgrades, but they were fixing up and adding while we were there. The surrounding area is not walkable. If you have a vehicle there are plenty of options for shopping and restaurants.

Nice view from the balcony. The food options are limited. The menu needs to be worked on. Room service ends at 9pm. The sports bar food is tasteless. Check in was not very good.
