Rooms were very clean and Ac was nice after a long day in the sun the mini bar was filled daily and the concordance of room service was perfect. 10/10 would absolutely return to this resort. Oh and the spa gave a very nice massage, the food was good and had a great selection!

For the most part the staff is ok, could be much more attentive to the customer, the big LED in the theatre is broken, only half of it works which is really pathetic, some lights at night are not working at all, for the most we had a good time but there is room for more.

I love this resort. It’s my first time going there with family. From check in with Carlos who treated us very well to the rooms being cleaned everyday by Angela . The food is amazing we had great severs like Katherine. Everytime we went to the pool the bartenders Alejandro and Edison were so nice and attentive. The entertainment in the resort was great , Eric aka Coca Cola was always happy and attentive to the customers. It was my birthday weekend and they all made my birthday special. I definitely recommend this resort .

The room was clean, I did like the swim up pool access but if you choose that room don’t expect privacy especially if the rooms beside you are occupied. The staff were helpful and pleasant. I loved the spa, the beach had plenty of seating, the bars at the resort make the best drinks. Overall the experience was lovely but I gave 4 stars due to not having privacy in the swim up pool access.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Experience at Serenade Resort, Dominican Republic! My stay at Serenade Resort was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The resort is beautiful, clean, and full of tropical charm. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. I want to give a special shout to Eric and Carolina and all the incredible staff. The food was delicious with many options, and the entertainment each night made the experience even more special. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the pool and beach areas were spotless and relaxing. I truly enjoyed every moment, it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Dominican Republic. I highly recommend Serenade Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and unforgettable vacation. I can’t wait to go back!

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The customer service is terrible and we were given a dirty room with dirty towels. No clean towels were provided to us until hours later after numerous call, online requests and actually walking to the front desk.
