From start to finish, everything was wonderful. Clean rooms, stayed in building 56. Amenities were great for a relaxing vacation. If there was anything that wasn't pleasant, was the lunch lady at the food truck. Everyone else was a pleasure to meet. Would definitely go back.

The room was wonderful and the staff was fantastic. Rodny was our e-butler and I can’t speak highly enough of the job he did. Always taking care of our every need and coordinated our days for us so we only had to enjoy the beautiful weather. All the bar tenders were amazing as well. Especially Dennis.

Property was nice, not a fan of the adjoining street noise (loud music and shouting into the early morning). Would recommend a room on the west side of property to help reduce outside noise. The spa amenties were wonderful. Food was average.

I did not personally enjoy my time. I had many issues with resort. The only good part, the best part, was Rodney (our personal butler). He did everything he could to make our stay a good one. My sister was injured and we needed a bandaid, there was no first aid kit anywhere. We had to go on a search asking around for a bandaid and needed to clean her wound with vodka. There was no evening entertainment and nobody knows where anything is. The restaurant staff is very unhelpful and not friendly. I did enjoy the gym, they had an excellent fitness center. We had a late flight and asked for a late check out from the moment we arrived. They pushed up until our last day just to tell us that we could not have one. They locked us out of rooms even before our check out scheduled time. For what is supposed to be a high-end resort, I found them to be very cheap and not accommodating.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the TRS Turquesa, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way! This trip was extra special as we were celebrating our 25th anniversary, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the hotel’s beauty. The lush surroundings, pristine beaches, and elegant architecture created a serene atmosphere that made us feel like we were in paradise. One of the standout highlights of our stay was undoubtedly our butler, Norilease (Noris). She went above and beyond in making our anniversary celebration unforgettable. From arranging special surprises to ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay, Noris truly made us feel like VIPs. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our experience were remarkable, and we are so grateful to her for making our time there so special. The staff at TRS Turquesa were exceptional as well. Every interaction we had was met with warmth and professionalism. Whether it was the front desk team, pool staff, or restaurant servers, everyone was eager to help and made us feel at home. We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary at this hotel, and the entire experience was truly exceptional. Our room was beautifully prepared, spotless, and offered a cozy, romantic atmosphere—exactly what we hoped for. The amenities were top-notch, and the ambiance throughout the hotel added to the celebratory mood. A special shout-out and review for Eduard, our butler: Eduard went above and beyond during our stay. His attentiveness, professionalism, and warm personality made our anniversary unforgettable. Our stay at TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana was excellent from start to finish. The service stood out immediately, especially our butler Edward who was truly exceptional. He was warm, thoughtful, and always attentive. He made every part of our stay easier and more enjoyable. The dining options were outstanding. We ate at Helios, Kusko, La Boheme, Capricho, and El Dorado Steak House. Every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. There was plenty of variety and we never had a bad dish. The pools were beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. The drinks were fantastic and consistently well made. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job keeping our room clean and welcoming. The massages at the spa were one of the highlights of the trip and the prices were very reasonable. TRS Turquesa is a beautiful resort with excellent food, amazing service, and a peaceful atmosphere. Thanks to the staff, and especially Edward, our vacation was truly memorable. I would absolutely return and would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

The staff at Turquesa Hotel were what made this vacation amazing for me. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to assist and provide the best customer service. I am spanish speaking and spoke to various staff in various locations in the resort and in several departments. These are some incredibly hardworking people who deal with thousands of tourists and were still very considerate to take the time to remember me and call me by name.

Great room, very clean and well-equipped. Our bed was very comfortable and the A/C kept our room nice and cool. All the staff was very friendly! The food was ok- not great, but good enough. Helios was our favorite place to eat. The beach is gorgeous and the pool is lovely and clean. Our butler, Ray, was amazing and helped us with everything we needed. He definitely gets 5 stars! We would recommend this resort to others looking for a great place to unwind and have some fun.
