Adult only hotel uses same restaurants as other 3 sites palladium hotels in areal. Ala Cart restaurants have bad food . Buffet has better variety,but many small children go there yelling and screaming touching food with hands and run unattended. I thought we we booking ALL ACCOMMODATIONS ADULTS ONLY? They couldn’t make only whole fish dinner for us oven after quote $60 US dollars I thought this was all inclusive? This hotel does not fit 5* att all ,more lite 4* . This was our first and last visit to palladium resorts

Overall we had a great experience for our first visit to TRS turquesa. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The staff was welcoming and accomodating: Special shout outs to the following staff: Norielis, our butler made all reservations and special requests. It was easy to text her via WhatsApp. She even surprised us with an anniversary gift. We also want to mention the following staff for being amazing: Gabriel (evening lobby bar), Yenfri and Jeury (evening Heilios bar), Meldy (building butler), Oscar and Christopher (Travel Club drivers), Sandra (night maid), Xiomara and Esquelin (servers). There were a few negative experiences that should be addressed: The "secret pool" womens bathroom only had one functioning stall that broke by our third day and there wasnt urgency to fix. Our door battery died (which we understand happens) but took 40 minutes to address. The power to our building went out twice for several hours but luckily we were leaving the room. There were kids (10 and older?) at the "secret pool" but they werent disruptive. Lots of guests were playing personal speakers which was annoying to hear 4 different types of music at once. They should consider a 'no speaker' policy in public areas. Overall we did have a positive experience and would return to the resort. Wonderful and welcoming staff. Looking forward to Bavaro opening back up (it was closed for renovations).

The resort overall was elite with phenomenal service and extraordinary amenities. The swim up room was very beautiful and more than expected. The multiple pools were also nice to have a choice to relax at. The Butler service was wonderful to have and especially our Butler Randy was always quick to respond and very helpful. The golf cart service was a great option to have and always available to get you from your room to the lobby or restaurants if you didn’t feel like walking the short stroll. The maid service was the best we’ve ever had. The only negative we have is a fairly big one as I was served on two occasions a very undercooked burger from Helios and also the food truck by the swim up pool rooms. Only a few bites of each still got me sick for two different nights. Thankfully it was only moderate. WiFi throughout the whole resort even on the beaches was great to have. The massage at the spa was wonderful and the hydro therapy pools were serene. Highly recommend and 10/10 will be back.

The property itself was beautiful. Lovely landscaping, and very peaceful environment. We had some problems with our room. The rooms are somewhat dated, and our ceiling started leaking, with plaster falling to the ground. Our butler, Rodney, responded quickly and had a maintenance team come to fix the ceiling. We did not change rooms. We especially enjoyed the quiet pools outside our room. There were few people using them, and sometimes we had a pool all to ourselves. We like that this property is connected to adjoining Palladium properties, as that made our options for dining more interesting. Golf carts were available to ferry people around the property. Unfortunately, sargassum was a problem on the beach. The hotel works hard to deal with the issue, but it’s a natural climate phenomenon and not something easily managed. This was our first all-inclusive resort, and in many ways it exceeded our expectations. It’s so nice not to have to purchase food and drink multiple times a day. We also had a butler, Rodny. He contacted us each morning and asked about our needs for the day, as well as making our dinner reservations for the week. One night we were surprised with a bubble bath and champagne. This was a service we greatly appreciated!

It was a great time at TRS Turquesa. The property was very pretty. We felt very safe. There was a lot of great restaurants. We really enjoyed Helios the beach restaurant and we also really enjoyed the hibachi restaurant the pools there were several that had nice quiet areas around the Bali beds we really enjoyed that area. There were lots of bars and different food options and buffets randy our Butler was excellent and if we needed anything that’s all we had to do was to message him. He took care of our reservations and if we had any issues or questions he would answer them for us overall it was a great experience and we look forward to coming back.

Pros: Beautiful resort. Good food. Not too far from the airport. Golf carts readily available to take you anywhere on property. Our butler Edward was fantastic. Cons: Restaurants and nightly activities are not adults only since the rest of the hotels on property are not adults only. Jacuzzi on balcony not big enough to be comfortable for two people. Air conditioner in room couldn't get the room below 24.5-25°C. Tip: Check the hotel app before your trip and know which restaurants you'd like to go to. On the first day they make dinner reservations for your stay.
