This was my first all inclusive experience and it was wonderful! Noris was our butler and she took care of everything, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The resort is beautiful and large. The beach was amazing!

We had a fantastic vacation. Rodney our butler was great, he made all our dinner reservations and anything else we needed! Food was good, maid service was great, as well as turn down service. I liked that you had access to all the properties as we went to all of them for food. Rooms were a little dated but beds were nice. Drinks were good and we had a fun time.

From start to finish, everything was wonderful. Clean rooms, stayed in building 56. Amenities were great for a relaxing vacation. If there was anything that wasn't pleasant, was the lunch lady at the food truck. Everyone else was a pleasure to meet. Would definitely go back.

The room was wonderful and the staff was fantastic. Rodny was our e-butler and I can’t speak highly enough of the job he did. Always taking care of our every need and coordinated our days for us so we only had to enjoy the beautiful weather. All the bar tenders were amazing as well. Especially Dennis.

(Staff I rate solid five) 5. - PROPERTY The grounds absolutely beautiful. 5 - SPA The Spa’s excellent 1 - (The reason for the one star) The room is the worst room I have ever stayed in. Horrible! The room had large cobwebs on light fixtures and the pillow smelled like bad cheese. TRS update yr rooms or at least give a deep cleaning The food needs a lot of help too.

WE had a room overlooking the pool across from the main resort and it was fantastic. Bed was firm and not worn, pillows great….not towering mountain, not lumpy and not flat. Food truck by the pool is a nice thought but the burgers came charred and a bit pink inside. OTherwise, Food was not a disappointment. WE went to the CHIC cabaret show and the show was great, I was only allowed 3/5 courses as I have an orange allergy, and there was no replacement option. So, I had to watch others eat. BEst part of our stay was EDWARD our BUTLER. HE came to see us daily, kept in constant touch via what’s app and made all of our dinner reservations. So, when we couldn’t get a reservation for dinner as it was full, magically he got us in. WE cannot say enough about Edward. WE have been to TRS twice, and Palladium several times and each stay gets better and better! MAny Thanks TRS

It was supposed to be an adults only resort, but there was only one inside in the hotel itself; the other restaurants were shared with four other hotels. Lunch was only available at the buffet, and we constantly had to travel by cart to other restaurants or cafes. The staff were very unfriendly, the electricity and water in the frequently went out. Several of my friends and I were bitten by insects, leaving our legs covered in bites. This vacation left me with only bad memories, and I would never want to go bact there again.
