Property was nice, not a fan of the adjoining street noise (loud music and shouting into the early morning). Would recommend a room on the west side of property to help reduce outside noise. The spa amenties were wonderful. Food was average.

I did not personally enjoy my time. I had many issues with resort. The only good part, the best part, was Rodney (our personal butler). He did everything he could to make our stay a good one. My sister was injured and we needed a bandaid, there was no first aid kit anywhere. We had to go on a search asking around for a bandaid and needed to clean her wound with vodka. There was no evening entertainment and nobody knows where anything is. The restaurant staff is very unhelpful and not friendly. I did enjoy the gym, they had an excellent fitness center. We had a late flight and asked for a late check out from the moment we arrived. They pushed up until our last day just to tell us that we could not have one. They locked us out of rooms even before our check out scheduled time. For what is supposed to be a high-end resort, I found them to be very cheap and not accommodating.

The room and butler associated with the room was great. We didn't care for the food all that much, honestly the burgers were the most consistent. The turquoise shirt vacation club guy was a little much and a little pushy, but we survived. I would say that the pool bartender was not fully invested in his job, arguing with other waitresses and whatnot. Other bartenders were all great and happy to help.

Someone has to address the people at the lobby trying to get you to buy a timeshare/club. This is something that’s happening more frequently at many resorts that I visit. At first they’re super friendly but then they ignore you when they can’t make the sale. Other than that the hotel was 5 stars.

The place was great, very clean and staff was great. I was just a little frustrated with the lack of food options during the day, and having to book restaurants but also them being so busy because there aren’t as many as you think because it’s split between 3 hotels in this property. That being said the food was absolutely amazing. They have golf carts to take you around but getting one can be difficult at times. Lastly unfortunately our room ended up having the roof leaking but they fixed that prettt fast, but there were parts to the room that looked just very shabby. Also the power kept going out. Some proper updates would be great but overall not a bad experience and I would recommend the place again.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Turquesa Resort! Our butler; Rodny was awesome! He helped to make sure each day we were able to make the most of our trip and he even helped to arrange for me to have an amazing local tattoo artist pick me up, FROM the hotel! Daihana is the BEST out at the Premium chairs at the pool and by the cabanas. She is so sweet and took such good care of us! I would come back to just to see her! Kiko, Eileen and Felix at Turquesa were all so wonderful as well! They helped to make sure everything went smoothly for us and they really cared that we were having a good experience! And Bicki, down at the Palladium Grand Hotel, she is wonderful!! House keeping did a great job of keeping the room clean and the hotel couldn't be in a better spot, right off the beach. Thanks for such a memorable vacation!

This was an amazing resort with friendly people. Loved it and would go back. Only issue was how people would get up at the crack of down to drop their towels on loungers by pool then leave and not there half the time but hog the loungers all day so others can’t enjoy them. That is a common problem though in all resorts. People can be so selfish sometimes. That and the hard sake for joining their “family”. No is no! lol. However if I had the extra $$$ I really would go for it because the resort was that good.

It was just okay. Bad experience with their staff that does the "timeshare" deal that you don't even want to go on. From feeling like I was being sexually harassed by how much they couldn't stop staring at my upper torso area to having their manager rebuke our discounts because he didn't like that we felt he was rude. Torres (entitled rude manager for sure). then the rest of the staff was fantastic but my room did have 50 dollars stolen out of it. i noticed because i wanted to tip the housekeeping for cleaning my tub , which by the way was not cleaned very well because we grabbed a tissue and showed the butler himself. I was over it after this. They tried to make a big deal out of it when I asked them to not worry about it I just wanted to continue my vacation. But, okay lets make it a big deal and in the end they did absolutely NOTHING. We left knowing we would never go back. second time there. our first everything was closed because of covid. Now we went and there were at least 4 or more restaurants closed because of construction. The ones that were open were good.

Everyone was so nice and went above and beyond. The food was great and everything was clean and well taken care of. We loved our swim up room! When our pickup to the airport never showed up, they called for me and when they couldn’t get an answer they called us a cab. I will definitely be going back and o TRS Turquesa in the future!

I had a great experience during my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.
