Property was nice, not a fan of the adjoining street noise (loud music and shouting into the early morning). Would recommend a room on the west side of property to help reduce outside noise. The spa amenties were wonderful. Food was average.

I did not personally enjoy my time. I had many issues with resort. The only good part, the best part, was Rodney (our personal butler). He did everything he could to make our stay a good one. My sister was injured and we needed a bandaid, there was no first aid kit anywhere. We had to go on a search asking around for a bandaid and needed to clean her wound with vodka. There was no evening entertainment and nobody knows where anything is. The restaurant staff is very unhelpful and not friendly. I did enjoy the gym, they had an excellent fitness center. We had a late flight and asked for a late check out from the moment we arrived. They pushed up until our last day just to tell us that we could not have one. They locked us out of rooms even before our check out scheduled time. For what is supposed to be a high-end resort, I found them to be very cheap and not accommodating.

Went with my husband and the whole stay was perfect! Wish we never left! Food was good, lots to do on the resort, and super clean and spacious rooms. Our butler, Noris, was very attentive to every need and responded to every question promptly. She was so kind as well! She even left us a few surprises for our honeymoon/ birthday! Overall our favorite trip yet! Already planning to come back!
