Navio B304 is a beautiful 2-bedroom pool-view apartment that features large common areas such as: an expansive terrace with view of the pool and the city, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, TV area and a laundry space. Navio features a large pool which is accessible to guests.
Navio is situated in Puntacana Village, a community with a very centric location close to shops, restaurants, malls, and offices. It is also conveniently situated just 5 minutes away from the airport and world class beaches that can be accessed for a small minimum consumption fee.
Just a few kilometers away is Puntacana Resort & Club with its 6 restaurants, tennis center, white sand beaches and PGA-grade golf courses, also nearby is Cap Cana, a world famous luxury destination known for it’s real estate development, the best equestrian center in the country and a world class marina.
All of our properties are inside privately own resorts which require passport or ID information in order to grant access to its premises. The property's concierge will ask you for this information a few days before your arrival as it is a requirement from the resort in order for guests to access.
