The continental breakfast was great. The staff was nice and responsive. We walked the main road near property and felt safe all hours. The road is very busy and hard to cross. Pool is nice, during the right hour. Property has a lot of trees so sun is limited and rooms are dark. Older hotel, but good value.

We used this hotel as a stop over between flights. For that is was very good. The rooms were clean and fairly modern. The building and grounds were unique in a good way. The staff was not the most helpful all the time and English was limited. This is fine but its advertised as otherwise. The pool area was ok but not amazing. We ate at the Mexican restaurant on the same property. It was a little pricey but delicious with very friendly staff. I wouldnt stay here for an extended period or for a resort experience but as a hotel it was good.

The interior, cleanliness correspond to the presented photos, the restaurant is open only for breakfast, the pool bar does not work, there are no spa services in the hotel, there is no rooms service , don’t have a Spa, there are only two Lg size towels in the rooms, there are no towels for face , there are no phones in the rooms for communication with guest service, The information about the hotel presented on the Expedia website is not true.

There was human hair all over the bed sheets. My wife and I complained to the front desk and she said sorry and laughed. There are no elevators and we had to take three heavy luggage up four flights of stairs. The breakfast could be better.

Le doy 4 estrellas en total a este hotel pero mis vacaciones en Punta Cana me dejó con muchas cosas que desear. Antes que nada, todo lo que digo acá está basado en mi experiencia durante mi estadia en el mes de Diciembre. El hotel está bastante lejos de la playa, alrededor de 30-40 mins caminando. Esto se debe a que los resorts cubren la entrada que lleva directamente a la playa, por lo que si uno quiere ir caminando, debe rodear el resort hasta llegar a la entrada pública. Las playas de Punta Cana son muy hermosas, el agua es cristalina y la arena de la playa es blanca y fina. Sin embargo, el mar para estas fechas (diciembre) es frío, o como los locales, le llaman "fresco". No hace tanto calor, la temperatura es de alrededor 26-28 grados, lo cual es bastante agradable, pero el agua del mar debe estar alrededor de 20 grados, por lo que se siente frío. La arena no es caliente, por lo que uno se puede echar en la arena durante largo rato sin temor a quemarse los pies. En la playa no hay muchas cosas para hacer, puedes irte caminando 30 mins para un lado y otros 30 para otro y solo encontrarás hoteles. Al lado de la entrada pública hay una pequeña zona comercial con tiendas de recuerdos y algunos restaurantes pero nada más. Las playas no cuentan con baños públicos, por lo que si necesitas ir al baño y no estás alojado en un resort (no tienes una manilla), tienes que buscar otro lugar (¿dónde exactamente? no sé). Lovely staff, very accommodating. Started off in an older, dated room but the manager found us and quickly upgraded once another room was available. Clean pool, great breakfast. Limited English but communication was fairly easy. Quiet and relaxing, although there was limited hot water. Surrounding restaurants are amazing and conveniently close to a minimart to purchase water. I’d stay here again.

Beautiful and peaceful hotel. Amazing breakfast. Helpful staff. Great room with Balcony and Pool views and Exotic garden. Lots of restaurant and bar around the hotel. There is also a mini market. Book now without regret. Most of the staff speak English, Spanish and French. The pool is big and has a cute bridge. Recommended

It was good! Spacious, AC, shower worked good. Mosquitoes in room uncomfortable, walls by AC, were bubbled, needed some painting. Nice pool , artwork, balcony! It’s hidden inside of a shopping center!

So disappointing! MT = Most Terrible, the pictures and the reviews do not reflect what we experienced. We were planning on staying for a week and lasted 2 days with loud music late night, no warm water, shower that made a flood, smell of mold, no TV options, unsafe surroundings, really poor conditions around the hotel. The only positives were Cucho who was offering fun trips, little restaurant staff and pool area but there was no open bar.

Staff is so lovely here. There is also a man who owns a tour company right on sight - His name is ChuChu0 and he is very helpful and knows the area very well. Breakfast inclusion is nice. No hot water was a bummer.
