The part this stuff was good and they had great personal service. They could most definitely use an upgrade and it has the potential to be a great hotel but they have no washcloth, the view is horrible and they need to clean up a little better. But the staff was amazing.

It was a great stay even though there was undergoing renovations, our room was a great one, completely renovated, beds are comfortables, and the staff super friendly, the hotel is a 5min walk to and from the beach, bars & restaurants are 2-5 min walk Overall it was a great experience, thank you!

My stay was good overall, but right after arriving at the property, we were approached by an agent named Hector Guzman who handles sightseeing bookings. Unfortunately, he was very unprofessional, repeatedly called us, and aggressively pressured us to book packages through him. I would strongly recommend avoiding him and his services.

Nice small hotel, comfortable beds, staff were very friendly and breakfast was huge, though we had no choice about the food. It was usually pretty good though not used to some of the local breakfast foods. Met the hotel owner who was extremely accommodating; let us tag along with him to the airport when our ride didn't show up.

The room was nice and the staff was friendly. The beach is very close; less than a 5 minute walk. The TV did not work, but I didn't spend much time in the room so that didn't bother me. We also would have liked to have a microwave. Overall, I had a very good experience.

No one speaks English at this object. For 9 days no one came to change the sheets, no one cleaned up and no broom in the room. The breakfasts are decent. There are 3 seats for all so first come first served. It could be better because the staff are boring most of the day.

The hotel was ok for what I needed. I just wanted to sleep there so I didn't need anything else. The door to the balcony didn't close and when I asked them they say not to worry about it and that the area was safe but that bothered me. As a woman, I looked for safety first. I would go back again but I would ask for a room where the door locks.

The hotel needs to be refreshed and taken care of, there are small details that could easily be corrected with regular maintenance. The building facade needs some work done. The suroundings do not feel clean, tidy or safe because of the abandoned construction buildings in front, next and close by. The street needs to be fixed.

My reservation was part of 7 rooms were 2 were under my name and our reservation it was suppose to be 7 days and 6 nights. 4 of the rooms left after day 3 and they moved to an all inclusive cuz they didn’t like the hotel but I stayed with 2 other rooms. The ones who stayed we LOVED IT. They have things that they need to improve. Like the check in process that it takes way to long and the front desk staff are not 100% sure what they are doing. Also they doors system could be improve, is not a key, you have to enter a 4 numbers code and if they give you the wrong one you have to go up and down. But besides that everything was great. The staff went above and beyond to try to acomódate all our needs. They were very attentive and always ask us if we need anything. And for me that sold the place. Tbe location is centrical and you can walk to bars, restaurants and shops. The parking is questionable cuz the don’t really have a parking. They only have spots for 3 cars. This is not a beach front hotel, this is a very affordable place to stay while doing lots of excursions in the area. Room was very big and at the balcony they all have a mini kitchen with all utensils you can need. Rooms have a TV but i couldn’t use mine cuz the control remote the batteries didn’t work. I asked front desk but they didn’t have any. But i had my phone só i could watch something só it wasn’t a big deal. Overall I think it was a good place, not perfect but it did the job. Would I stay again? YES!
