Everything is absolutely amazing with the Be House hotel. The main choice of ours when visiting Punta. Stayed many times and keep coming. There is only one thing I wanted to point out to the hotel staff. I usually tend not to write such things in the reviews, and I won’t take a star away, but I really urge the staff to look unto the following. Twice already we encountered older lady who comes to visit the spa area. I am not sure if she is a tenant or somehow related to the property itself. But she does come often. Each time she was coming to the pool only to chat or record audio messages really loud acting rude to the others, not caring about people around enjoying the serene and tranquility of the amazing atmosphere of the spa. I could tell that the other tenants were truly uncomfortable about her behaviour. I wouldn’t emphasize on that if it happened once. But since we encountered her three times throughout the year makes me think she is doing that commonly. Loud, swearing “puta madre”, screaming even. Somehow I felt like she was not sane. It would be good for staff to make a note about this to her. Or at least to put a sign in spa which would moderate this. Pretty sure they understand who I am speaking about. Otherwise the hotel is truly amazing. Will keep coming again.

I had a wonderful stay at Be House Suites & Spa. The accommodation turned out to be a very spacious apartment, beautifully arranged and featuring a large terrace — perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. The hotel has two pools, one heated indoor pool and one outdoor, both ideal for relaxing. Although it’s not located directly on the beach, the coastline is only a 5-minute drive away. The area itself is very quiet, safe, and offers several restaurants within walking distance. A great added bonus is the partnership with a nearby beach club, where guests can enjoy complimentary sun loungers with parasols, as well as access to a beachfront restaurant. I would also like to highlight the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, and even offered me a complimentary late check-out at 3 p.m. instead of noon, which allowed me to enjoy a bit more time at the beach. Overall, it’s a comfortable, welcoming, and very well-located hotel with outstanding service. I highly recommend it.

Hotel muito bonito e confortável

Hotel incrível! Recepcionistas muito solicitas e disponíveis para ajudar. A piscina é linda e os quartos são muito confortáveis. É bem longe do centro de Punta, para quem quer descanso, é ótimo. Apenas deixou a desejar no café da manhã, não é buffet a vontade, e achamos a quantidade que servem pouca. De resto, tudo maravilhoso!

Ótima opção em Punta

Foi uma otima experiencia hospedar-se no Be House. A equipe solicita e atenciosa, a estrutura muito completa com piscina interna e externa, academia, garagem coberta... O quarto espaçoso e bem decorado. Só o café da manhã deixou a desejar, nao pelo sistema mas pelo fato de terem atrasado sua abertura em um dos dias e isso comprometeu nosso roteiro.

Quarto maravilhoso e excelente atendimento na recepção, se fosse avaliar só isso a nota seria 10. Mas algumas coisas precisam melhorar: 1- Não há nenhum tipo de serviço na linda e maravilhosa piscina; 2- O café da manhã fica em um prédio vizinho ao hotel, ideia que não faz nenhum sentido. Se chover…. Outro ponto negativo é a necessidade de agendamento de horário pra tomar café.

Estadia foi ótima. De pontos negativos listamos que não tinha vaga disponível na garagem para o nosso carro e o café da manhã podia ser mais variado.
