Staff was friendly. Room was nice, beds were comfortable, but we didn't get the room we had booked. It also smelled incredibly strongly of wet dog. Granted it was a "pet friendly room" but we travel often with our dog and have never had one smell like that.

The only downside was deceptive advertising on third party sites where we were asked if we wanted a food and beverage credit for 78 dollars. Four Points advertises two restaurants on site and a bar so we opted to purchase the credit thinking we could put it towards dinner or a drink that night. However, when we arrived we were told by the hotel staff at check in that there was no such package add on and that they couldn’t reimburse us. They said we had to contact Expedia/Hotels.con ourselves to resolve. So our advice would be if you do book on these sites and see this option to add a food and drink package DO NOT or you will be out 78 dollars.
