The house and everything in it were in great shape. Loved the pool area and patio area although weather didn't quite cooperate to use it much. This is 2nd house we have stayed in belonging to Troy and both have been great. Troy is very quick to get back to you if you have a question or an issue. Stayed in touch with him after our flight was canceled due to weather and updated him on our new plans. Each time he got back to us in less than an hour. We will look at using one of his properties again.

If you are looking for relaxation and tranquility, I highly recommend this lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the well-appointed home. The pool and lanai were wonderful. Kitchen has all you need. Beds and bedding very comfortable.Will certainly love returning to this home again.

Great family vacation

The house is amazing. Clean, well stocked and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The screened in pool was perfect for the kids to swim and the adults to relax under the shaded (plus a fan) section. The dock is great for fishing and watching the fish surface. Plenty of towels, for the bathrooms and beach towels for the pool. The location was not as close to a beach as we expected. It was about an hour drive to the nearest swimmable Beach, but there is an umbrella 4 beach chairs, a cooler, a wagon, and beach toys to take a long. Englewood was the spot to go if you're looking for shells. Siesta Key was sooo busy but worth it for the clear water and white sand. (Go early!!!)

The property is amazing! The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because it stayed 78 all day and cooled down to 72 late night. The property manager was attentive and tried to answer or fix anything I questioned. Will definitely visit again.

Cozy Comfort with Everything You Need

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home in Florida! The house was perfect for our needs—comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved spending time in the pool, which quickly became a favorite spot for both relaxation and fun. The ping pong table was another big hit and provided hours of entertainment. The owner was also incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This home truly felt like a home away from home, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We will always return to this house!

Our third visit

We arrived at the property and appreciated the cleanliness and how well supplied were the kitchen utensils and glassware. Fishing from the dock was very relaxing and the Adirondack chairs were very comfortable. My fish count was a total of 37. (Last year...42. I'm slipping)!As I am 80 years of age and my wife is 75, I have one suggestion: install a safety rail in the shower. Once again, a wonderful vacation!

Paradise in Punta Gorda

We loved our stay. Quiet, beautiful & comfortable. Also, located extremely close to fisherman’s village and many restaurants. The property also offered the use of bicycles,kayaks and many other offerings as well. Troy was very responsive. We look forward to coming again!

Great family get away

We spent the holiday in PGI - this home had everything you need for a great time! We kayaked, fished, swam and played ping pong. Every room had TV so we could all decompress in our own space and watch what we wanted. Highly recommend this home!

Two hurricanes could not dampen this friends group visit to Florida and this home did not disappoint. Picture perfect, in a beautiful setting, with all of the amenities and a very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful & had so many wonderful amenities, including the heated pool, fishing gear, kayaks and beach gear!
