You can cool down in the pool when you are not out exploring! The screened lanai with western exposure houses a waterfront heated pool, poolside loungers, a gas grill, and a covered patio with an outdoor dining area. This sunny home away from home is all about outdoor living and comfort!

Inside, this light and bright home boasts an open and split bedroom floor plan. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room as you stream an entertaining movie or show on the smart TV with streaming services. When mealtime comes, prepare exquisite homemade meals and snacks in the well-equipped upgraded kitchen with all the essentials, a closet pantry, and a breakfast bar. There is a family room adjacent to the kitchen where you can gather and plan your next adventures.

The spacious main suite has lanai access, a walk-in closet, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms and a guest bathroom. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, two adult bikes in the garage, four beach chairs, and beach gear.

Property is very clean and updated great location. In the property description it states there is a dock and lift to use. After booking the property management company Vacasa sends a generic form I assume they use with all the properties they manage. That states you are not allowed to tie a boat to the dock. Miss leading in the description of the property.
